The chicken sandwich was bad, the meat tasted sour so after 1st bite i had mom try to make sure am not crazy but she confirmed it was bad.

Look what they give you, they gave me 5 boneless wings instead of 10, and also with a sauce that I didn't order. Avoid this place.

Whenever I go to Chicago Premium Outlet, my favorite place is Charley II recommend the Delicious Food. Philly steak tastes fresh and cooked perfectly. Fries are perfectly thick to enjoy the potatoe flavor. Service was amazing!

I was visiting the area and decided to stop by for a Philly Sandwich. The person at register I believe her name is Farha per the receipt. She was not polite at all, she literally threw our drinks at us and didn’t even apologized. She made it seem like we were an inconvenience for her.
The food was delicious but the service from this individual was horrible.

The service was absolutely immaculant! The food was even better. Highly recommend the buffalo chicken philly. The customer service was top tier as well shout-out the lady behind the counter.

Employees 2 young girls one who help me her name is Ariana making fun of customers and by the way they were laughing I was one of the customers who they were whispering to each other and laughing at made me feel upset and uncomfortable they should be careful will not come back again !

Philly steak was very greasy. The meal option was expensive and added only few french fries which were not done. Atmosphere at a food court...need I say more? Not recommended.

Associate at the register was on her phone and approached me with an attitude. & When i asked for no mayo, she ended up giving me a plain philly steak. I’m completely disgusted with the service

The female cashier working today was pretty rude while taking my order. It was unprovoked and I'm confused as to why I was targeted. Very unprofessional on her part, seems like she doesn't like her work environment/duties and lacked patience, idk why she felt the need to take it out on a random person. I noticed how nicely she treated the lady ordering after me. I considered leaving mid-ordering but it seemed like she needed the mental stimulation. Maybe if she put as much effort into being respectful and better at taking orders as she puts into those eyebrows, there would be a noticeable improvement. However, it seems like management just lets it slide based on the past reviews.
