The female cashier working today was pretty rude while taking my order. It was unprovoked and I'm confused as to why I was targeted. Very unprofessional on her part, seems like she doesn't like her work environment/duties and lacked patience, idk why she felt the need to take it out on a random person. I noticed how nicely she treated the lady ordering after me. I considered leaving mid-ordering but it seemed like she needed the mental stimulation. Maybe if she put as much effort into being respectful and better at taking orders as she puts into those eyebrows, there would be a noticeable improvement. However, it seems like management just lets it slide based on the past reviews.

I ate at the Charley’s on 105th and Cicero yesterday and it was amazing! Sandwich was PACKED and well seasoned and hot. Came to the mall with my fiancé today, we decided to grab a quick bite here. Terrible! The bologna sandwiches at lockups have more meat than these. The teriyaki was extremely salty/over done. My fiancé’s sandwich had cold pieces of chicken in it. Horrendous!

The manager was helping me out and my card didn’t go through and she paid for my meal and I didn’t want her to but she made me cry when u help others is makes the world a better place and she even gave me free fries too she’s so nice everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful too when u have a good group of employees ur customers are happy too

The food was not worth my money at all. When I ordered my food the lady taking my order was not friendly at all and it felt like I was being rushed. And when I started to wait for my order the lady said that it was mine but it was actually another customers and we both had the same order of fries. But the most rude part was the chef that was in the back and how she had the worst attitude I've ever seen and proceeds to tell me " That one isn't yours you have to look at your receipt " first of all don't talk to me like I'm a child I'm a grown woman and second of all the lady that was preparing my meal told me it was mine. So absolute -1000 for service and it was not worth my time at all. Change the attitude.

We wanted to grab a quick bite at a food court and really was not expecting much. But the sandwich was fantastic and Gloria was very focused on customer service. What a pleasant surprise... Great job guys.

The food is good but the workers are disrespectful and rude, to every customer, they get easily bothered by anything you ask about the food save yourself your energy as they are mindless people, I get it it’s the mall but not every customer wants to give you a hard
