Here's where the Harner legacy started. Now it's more of a satellite location for the huge bakery/restaurant. The choices here are not as extensive as the restaurant, but the atmosphere is more relaxed. Staff is exceptionally kind.

Severely overpriced! You will pay 20-30% more for the same food at a lesser quality and quantity you get from any other family restaurant. You are charged for anything extra (a little more gravy, some extra onions, etc) then charge you to pay with card, which their crazy pricing should cover. Not at all the restaurant that we all grew up enjoying. This new generation of owners is greedy and thinks he is running a gourmet restaurant.

few years back they told my mom it was exclusively a members only bakery and she wasn’t allowed to come back. I tried it last year it was pretty good in north aurora the service was great but i don’t think i’d come to this location.
Wow I feel stupid that I have been spending my hard earned money at this restaurant I even take my kids here to get donuts. But I’m looking through the menu and Thursday listed (Plantation chicken) like are we for real it just couldn’t be fried chicken this is disgraceful and disgusting ?. The fact that racism is still here dead in are eyes makes me so mad then you have black Africa Americans working there. And to think this would have been a good job for my kids. Just shows what type of historical place this is and not in a good way
