I came in around 5 pm… the owner quickly greeted me and sat me. He then proceeded to provide me with one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything to my liking. Normally this would be an expectation when dining out, but it’s rare these days. I ordered a breakfast combo… hard to mess up one might say. But I’ve been to this IHOP in the past and they always found a way. This man took over the restaurant a few months back (learned this from a friendly conversation at the end while I was paying). It’s clear that he’s doing the right things and has righted the ship.And what made the experience truly stand out was that he took care of everything. He was the greeter, the waiter, the cook, and the manager. I know in this economy it can be difficult to get by and I’m guessing he has to do it this way right now to get by. I can appreciate that greatly and I’ll definitely be back to support his business with my belly and my wallet. Good service is hard to find. It’s even harder to find someone so positive and working so hard to make it in life these days. I have tremendous respect for this man.

My wife and I decided to mix it up, and instead of going to our usual go-to spot, we went to IHOP instead.We visited on a Sunday between 11 am and noon.It was relatively busy. They seemed understaffed, but the staff there quickly (and I mean fast) cleaned off a table and sat us down.Our server was cheerful, attentive, and polite and got our orders in fast. It's a good thing too because we waited for over 30 minutes before our food arrived.The food was delicious, I ordered 2 eggs sunny side up, with bacon, toast, and hash browns. They mistakenly gave me scrambled eggs, which was fine considering how busy and understaffed they're. My main concern was the portion size of the food. It tasted and reminded me of Waffle House. Which don't get me wrong Waffle House is great in my book, but at least the prices there are much cheaper.TldrWaffle house quality food, for IHOP prices.

Vibes immaculate, Taylor Swift jams, kind servers and very clean.
We were the only customers in the restaurant. We waited about 5 minutes to get seated (that was our first indication) we finally got seated our waiter was nice and he brought us 2 coffees. The coffee mugs had lipstick and old coffee drips on them. I did let the waiter know that we were leaving and what the problem was.

We dined in food wasn’t bad could have been better.Took us 40+ minutes to get our food,service was nice.when we walked in it smelled like rotten eggs but later the smell got better.Overall not to bad but I came for the milkshake and they ran out of ice cream.
