The staff here is rude and unfriendly, I can't eat where they're unpleasant and unprofessional. I should have left right then, cause for surely I got food poisoning from here on Wednesday April 9th 2025. I order the number 42 which was cooked on their grill, I was sick the rest of the night had the #42 coming outta both ends. They do have a lot of new workers and who knows what's going on 🤯, I used to love this place now I'm not sure if they're sanitizing correctly, either way I won't be back and I'm a member, scarred to try again worst night ever. And please don't say you haven't heard anyone else say that they've had food poisoning from here, I just looked down below and there's other reviews with cases of food poisoning from the same establishment. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮. I read your reply to the customer who also had food poisoning and your response was horrible, especially for your establishment to.be the one who messed up... Now with two patrons complaining about food poisoning 🤮🤮🤮 Do better @ the food and response to your consumers

Normally I love me some Jersey Mike's, but I went in yesterday to pay for a takeout order, and I got food poisoning after eating my sandwich. That was literally the first time I've puked like that in many years, and the food is typically good, but I don't know what happened.
I'm better now (still recovering), but yeah you guys need to do a better job at preparing your foods.

Thank you so much to Brittany and her Grandma for taking such good care of my girls. My 8 year old wrote in about a sandwich suggestion and she called us back and invited us in for a free sandwich. They went over the top and bought my other daughter one too. Thank you so much…amazing!!!

This specific jersey mikes location is always consistent and clean I've never had any issues especially with orders on Tuesday and Thursday for the large discount. Portions are never skimped on at all even during the discount. I appreciate that. I just went to the 75th location ordered the same thing and the bread was hard and the steak somehow tasted old? Not sure but it made me realize I need to take the time and write a good review for this location. Appreciate you all here on eola.

I made a large pick up order for a family and was constantly pushing the time forward, because of my tardiness. Anxiously, calling at the last minute, I had thought to have it delivered and hoping it wasn't too late to request, which I didnt think of this prior, at the time of my order (maybe, because I don't use delivery, I always do pick-up.) However, I spoke to Brittany and she worked wonders for me at the very last minute to have this order delivered for the family. Brittany, thank you for your professionalism in taking control to make it easier for me coming from another city, and while on the phone, your delivery worker was in route with the order. I love to brag on great customer service, which is very rare these days. I appreciate those who are into satisfying their customers. Brittany you went above and beyond! Thank you again!
