I don't know what all the complaining is about but I've been coming here for a long time and I've never had a problem.I'm from NY and I will say this is the absolute best place to get a great sub that tastes like the delis back home.

everything about this location and experience was exceptional. I walked in today and was immediately greeted by a polite young man named Evan who offered me a fun shooting game to win a free sandwich and donate $5 to charity. I then walked up to order a sandwich and was yet again greeted by another extremely polite woman (Aurora). the service was exceptional, and the food was awesome as always. I love this location and the team members here are great.

Not impressed with this location. I know the deal days are busy, I don't mind that. The tomatoes were soft and soggy. I asked for Chipotle sauce and my sandwich was soggy with sauce. On top of that, the employees were fighting amongst themselves. Overall, not a good experience.

I had stopped coming to this location last year when I came in to order my sandwich that I usually order. I come to Jersey Mike's because they are the only sandwich company I know of that has gluten free bread. Upon ordering it, I was received with eye rolls and attitude about having to do extra steps. I understand it is a pain, but it is part of the job and the customer can feel the energy shift. I happened to be closer to this location and put in an online order for my normal sandwich. Compared to other locations, it was not great. There wasn't a lot of lettuce and it just didn't taste good. I am no longer going to this location. I will go out of my way to go to other ones because I have better experiences there. Counsel your staff on how to treat people with dietary restrictions better.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free options, but be prepared for attitudes about it at this location.

You close at 9:00. Not 8:50. It takes 3 mins to make a turkey sandwich. Maybe change closing time if you're gonna close early so you can leave sooner. And remember to turn the open light off if you're gonna close early!

This was my first time at a Jersey Mike’s Sub and I must say that it I was both disappoint at all. The place was super clean. The three guys that were working there were very helpful and understood on what the ask was. The food seems fresh. I got me the Big Kahuna beef as a comb and selected the giant option. It was very well put together and I enjoyed it with a 24oz Soda. I will be adding this to my future visit list.

I love Jersey Mike's subs, but this location is by far the worst one I've ever been in. Unfortunately, since I live very close to it, I'm there fairly regularly. I don't even know why I keep going back - the employees are all lazy kids who couldn't care less about their jobs. You never see the same employee twice - that's how much turnover there is there. The staff is badly managed, they are rude, totally disinterested in being there, and take zero pride in their work. As much as I love their sandwiches, I think it's time for me to throw in the towel and stop going there because I always leave frustrated or angry. If you do go there, make sure you get there at least a half hour before closing or they'll tell you they are out of things, they can't make something, they've already turned everything off and shut everything down or some lame excuse because they just want to get out of there at nine o'clock on the dot. I notice several other reviews mention them closing early or turning off the Open sign or saying they can't make something because they've already cleaned up. If I owned a business and found out my employees were closing early behind my back, you can bet there'd be some heads rolling, some employees fired, and it would sure never happen again. But apparently, it is a regular thing there. Unbelievable! You also never see a single smile out of any of them and customer service? Forget it. You feel like, as a customer, you're more of an annoyance to them than you are one of the people who guarantees they have a job. In the year or so that I've lived here, I can't say I have ever encountered one friendly, capable employee that I would ever consider hiring if I owned or ran the place. Is it really so hard to find decent employees? Is what they have working there the best that's out there these days? If so, it's incredibly depressing.

Had a negative experience, came 22 minutes before close and got an annoyed look from the two employees working. I work in customer service, when someone comes in 5-10 minutes before closing I am now going to be at work for another 90-120 minutes. I did not think coming in 22 minutes before close for a sandwich would keep employees past closing time.Had my mind on a cheesesteak all night at work. I was informed by the 2 employees they had already turned off the grill. Once again, 22 minutes before closing seems a bit early to turn off the grill. I messaged the ownership about it and Brittany B. Responded not much later. She showed totally courtesy and professionalism and saved what was an awful customer service experience.Like I said, I work in customer service and have for almost 2 decades. When annoyed by a customer coming in before close I never show my annoyance and serve them as if they were the first customers of the day.Brittany B . Is customer service personified!!!

My sister has extreme allergies to a lot of different things. She has a problem with gluten and a lot of different types of mayo, so we try to avoid going out to sandwich shops with her. However, when we were with a group that chose this location, the gentleman who helped us pulled us to another prep station, changed his gloves, and even let my sister look at the mayo ingredients to ensure it was safe. They truly went above and beyond to make her experience a positive one.

I won’t be coming back to this location. Sandwiches aren’t made right compared to other Jersey Mike’s locations. This last experience did me in… seemed like someone went to add S/P and it was as if the lid came off because it was all pepper. It was visibly noticeable and tasted even worse. Had to throw the sandwich out and now I can’t get ahold of the location. I’ve been a loyal Jersey Mikes customer but will be taking a break for a while.

Usually don't have this experience, but my last visit was quite unpleasant. Seemed like the employees were frazzled from the grill being down. Ordered a sandwich that wouldn't need the grill; it was supposed to be an Italian which includes salami. I only got ham, but they at least made it "Mike's way". The girl ringing me up seemed irritated at my mere existence. Hopefully this can be improved for the future.

Very disappointed. 2 times now. Ordered sandwiches at 7:15 pm pickup was at 7:45. They tell me they are out of bread. Do you want it on a salad or in a wrap? No make some bread you still have another hour to go. Same thing happened a month ago. Get a clue. Your a sandwich shop .make some bread.

I used to love this place! Workers are kind. However, my bread is just about always hard. I have had to return it a couple times, so now I don’t go at all :( The lettuce they used is brown and wilted , its so disappointing.
