absolutely amazing!!! The cashier was an angel. I had a gift card that did not cover my full charge and my card was declining, he took out his phone and paid the rest for me! I truly can’t thank him enough, it put me into tears!!

Staff is very friendly and understanding. Also hard working. We got two sandwiches here for a movie night. The BLT we got could have been a bit more packed, but the club was very great! Pricing is a bit competitive when compared to other sandwich restaurants nearby, so expect to pay a lot more than what you expect.

I go to many different Jersey Mike's bcuz I like their sub sandwiches. Each place is good, but different from each other.For me, the location in Aurora off Indian Trail Rd is exceptional ~ amazing customer service and delicious taste. That's why they were swamped at 8p on a Tuesday night! Can't wait to visit again.

Store is filthy! Walked in today with garbage all over the floor and chairs and tables all over the place. Bathrooms are the worst! Woman's bathroom sink was out of order and in the men's bathroom the soap dispenser was ready to fall off and it was filthy! I mentioned it to the girls working there and they said that it's really hard to keep the bathrooms clean but yet they are all four standing there doing nothing! I left without purchasing anything and won't be back!! Health department really needs to be called!!
