Five stars to both the employees that were manning the store on 11/7/25 at 1:00pm - they were hustling and working their butts off. HOW ON EARTH ARE THERE ONLY TWO WORKERS DURING A LUNCH RUSH? They managed it well but couldn't answer phones, deal with FOH issues, and I had a request to expedite a catering order but they were so busy they could barely shrink the line let alone hear me out. Insanely poor scheduling / resource management by the leadership of this store - two guys during a Friday lunch leads to an meh-okay restaurant, not good, certainly not great. 5 stars just for the two team members that were killing it.

Anytime we had ordered for delivery from this location specificity it truly has never been correct. We ask for pickles, we don’t get them. We don’t ask for pickles, we get them. Of course we have called and tried to correct our order but they are not well with following online order instructions. Love Jersey mikes and will just always go in person to order so we know what we’re getting.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for at least 3 years. The quality, customer service and specials have never disappointed. I was sad to see the giants special disappear but I understand promotions come and go. What I cannot ignore is the quality of the sandwich. The bread was different (confirmed from staff member). It’s no longer big and fluffy. It’s thin and chewy. The rest of sandwich followed suit. There was less meat and cheese and possibly different quality of toppings. Unfortunately it reminded me of Subway. I hope it’s just this location that has changed and not the rest as Jersey Mike’s has become my go to for fresh subs.

I mistakenly placed my order at the wrong location, totally on me. When I arrived at this location they went out of their way to help me cancel the other order and fulfilled my order at this location, saving me the trip. Fantastic customer service that saved me 30-40 minutes of round trip driving.
