I mistakenly placed my order at the wrong location, totally on me. When I arrived at this location they went out of their way to help me cancel the other order and fulfilled my order at this location, saving me the trip. Fantastic customer service that saved me 30-40 minutes of round trip driving.

Food is great. However I did a mobile order pick up and when I went to go pick up my order, I told the lady upfront my name, and instead of her, handing me my bag, she pushed it across the counter, and turned around. Maybe she was having a rough day, but that shouldn’t be taken out on customers.

I was driving down Kirk Road on my way to the outlet mall when I saw a sign for this location and decided to check it out since this was going to be my second time ever in a Jersey Mike’s Subs. I wanted to record my experience as well. Upon walking in with my camera, I was stopped by a gentleman asking me can I help you? I simply continued to review the place. Asked me again couple of times than I finally let him know what I was doing. That I was getting documents the place...
