I called regarding an issue with my order, hoping to have it corrected, but was told “no” before I was even able to explain the details. She asked for my phone number, which I had to repeat multiple times, then said she couldn’t locate anything and abruptly hung up.
This experience is yet another example of how poor customer service and professionalism have become in today’s world. It seems many businesses are hiring anyone who simply shows up, rather than qualified, well-trained, and customer-focused employees which ultimately destroys the business in the long run.
My issue was never resolved, so I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau for assistance. This location won’t be getting any more support from me or from my corporate team, who order frequently. They’ve permanently lost our business! We will drive to the other location in Naperville off Ogden!

Can't enough good things about Jet’s Pizza. Their Detroit-style pizza is a standout with crispy, caramelized edges and a soft, chewy center that makes every bite perfect. The flavor is consistently fresh, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. We usually get the 8 corner.
Service is always fast and friendly. I use the app to get the discount and pick up. I'm sure their delivery is great, too, but we never use it as they ae so nearby. They package everything well so it always hot, not soggy.
Jet’s has become our go-to for pizza.

Ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered, received text confirmation and an ETA of 45 min. They debited my account. I received a call half an hour later telling me they cancelled my order because my delivery address is a mile further than they usually deliver to. I tried to be understanding and say ok, I can go ahead and reorder it on door dash, he says sure, but when I ask for refund, he says he can’t do it till the other manager comes in and I won’t receive it for 5 days. I was not going to pay for the same food twice, after they confirmed they would be delivering and then cancelled the order! He was so rude and condescending during the conversation, I even told him his customer serve was terrible, he laughed it off. I’m waiting for a call from the other manager still.

My co worker placed an order for us while we were at work. Said it would be delivered by 1220. I called at 1pm and asked what's going on with the order. The guy on the food said that they canceled the order because my co worker hung up on him ? Wr paid for the food and everything. Didn't even tell us it was canceled. Asked to speak to the manager, and he said that's he's on break and hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. No reason to cancel an order after it was paid just because we're busy at work and had to go.

Prices are way to high for what you get. A 4 corner with exyra peppetoni $17. For 4 small square pieces. Prices are a joke. Tasty pizza but not for that price.
I used to love ordering from this place but won’t any longer. I did the text to order and they charged me an extra $10.83 for 2 bottles of ranch I didn’t order! I called to ask them to refund the money and they refused because I did a text to order. I told them I no longer wanted any of the food since the manager was being so rude and he told me it was already made. Food is clearly not made fresh as I placed the order at 6:07 and at 6:09 he said it was already made. Manager refused to refund me and hung up on me. Done with this place and will make sure my social media following is done with it as well.

Was a huge non-fan of this Jets. I've been to other Jets Pizza's that are significantly better and this one just really rubbed me the wrong way.
Upon initially calling for a carry out order, I asked the woman if she could put chili flakes in the sauce before adding the cheese and putting it in the oven (great for those who haven't tried it since it adds a small kick). She told me she'd ask in the back, and came back to say that they couldn't do that.
I asked why - because it's a pretty simply request for a pizza that was being made for me, and she told me because they didn't have a shaker and only had the chili flake packets. I asked her why she couldn't just....open the packets and put some chili flakes on the pizza?
I got told that wasn't possible due to a health code - and I very much so do not believe that. You can use your hands to cook my pizza, give me chili flakes, but not open the chili flakes themselves? Yeah I don't buy it.
I came to pick up the pizza and I was incredibly disappointed. I asked for chili flakes to be given to me with the pizza instead, and I had to remind the guy when I came to pick it up instead of it being with the pizza like I asked.
I get to my car and open the medium hand-tossed (circular) pizza only to discover that it had been cut into 4 slices. A medium pizza cut into 4 slices. ??????
I had to go back in and ask the guy to cut it into the 8 slices that a medium usually has. On top of that, it was entirely burnt :( .
This place sucks.
