I ordered food online and called the store about 30 minutes later because there were no updates to my order. I usually have my food out for delivery within 5 minutes so this is odd. The man who answered my call said they were backed up, but my order would be the first. 15 minutes later my order still was not out for delivery so I called again. The same man answered the phone and said they DIDN'T KNOW WHERE THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS and couldn't give me a time for when my food would be there. Obviously, I canceled my order because that is ridiculous. He said I would get an email about my order being canceled. An hour later, I hadn't gotten any notifications on my side about my order being canceled or my money being refunded so I called again. The same man answered my phone again, but this time said that at the end of the night when they close the registers my order would be refunded.

I am mostly mad about the fact that the person answering the phone had no clue what he was talking about with refunding my order and didn't seem concerned about getting me my food at all.

The cherry on top is that they didn't refund my delivery fee or tip even though nothing was delivered. Save your time and money and DO NOT go to this Jimmy John's.

Seriously Jimmy John’s!! I paid almost 20 bucks for this sandwich. Never ever had a sandwich so skimpy from JJ. You’re awful! What a waste of money! Do yourself a favor find another location they’re all over the place. This one skimps on meat and cheese. Again a 20$ sandwich here. What a JOKE!

This place sucks. I placed an order they didn't touch it. The store was empty and I had to hang out to get three out of six sandwiches made incorrectly. This place sucks!

I am not very pleased at the employee who told me I couldn't get mayonnaise on one side of my roll for my sandwich. To be pacified. The employee indicated a 16-inch sandwich must have mayonnaise on both sides. He would do it this time, but I can't no longer request this. I asked for extra onions, oil, vinegar, oregano, tomato, lettuce, and cucumbers. In addition, please cut into four sandwiches. This employee had a demeanor who was looking snappy.
He didn't cut into 4 sandwiches. I caught the issue as he was wrapping the last sandwich. I indicated I would cut the other sandwich at home. The employee didn't put on extra onions or oil and vinegar. I am not pleased with how my sandwiches were made. I paid for how I wanted my sandwiches, not the way employees wanted the sandwich. I would not go to that location again. Last week I went there service was good now it's zero to me

I made a catering order over the phone with John and he made it so easy for me. Easy ordering process and I felt so confident. The whole team is smiley and they even offered to walk my catering to the car! Highly recommend this
