I usually get my food really quick and fast but are you kidding me this is twice now I’ve ordered from this location and some reason you guys always use uber eats and my food isn’t made correctly and why put it on uber eats IF THE PERSON DELIVERING THE FOOD IS ON A BIKE?!!?! like last time I ordered a sandwich for my sister payed extra for pickles and pepper never got them my dr.pepper was watered down and flat on top of it. And now this get it together. If yall need help I’ll gladly come and help yall out

Honestly didn’t want to do this but at this point I have to. Ordered delivery today, was really looking forward to my sandwich, took 50 minutes to get to my house. I ordered a wrap but specifically asked to put it on French bread, it’s on my receipt as well, they didn’t do that at all, but I also put no mayo and no cheese, they read off the no mayo no cheese but they didn’t want to look at the put it on French bread part? Isn’t it all supposed to be together?

Ordered delivery from this location and it took an hour! This location is a 5 minute walk from us but we had to work from home so couldn’t go out to the location. Food came and looked absolutely disgusting, mushy chicken and the bread looks terrible. I will never be ordering from this jimmy John’s again!

I ordered food online and called the store about 30 minutes later because there were no updates to my order. I usually have my food out for delivery within 5 minutes so this is odd. The man who answered my call said they were backed up, but my order would be the first. 15 minutes later my order still was not out for delivery so I called again. The same man answered the phone and said they DIDN'T KNOW WHERE THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS and couldn't give me a time for when my food would be there. Obviously, I canceled my order because that is ridiculous. He said I would get an email about my order being canceled. An hour later, I hadn't gotten any notifications on my side about my order being canceled or my money being refunded so I called again. The same man answered my phone again, but this time said that at the end of the night when they close the registers my order would be refunded.
I am mostly mad about the fact that the person answering the phone had no clue what he was talking about with refunding my order and didn't seem concerned about getting me my food at all.
The cherry on top is that they didn't refund my delivery fee or tip even though nothing was delivered. Save your time and money and DO NOT go to this Jimmy John's.

Seriously Jimmy John’s!! I paid almost 20 bucks for this sandwich. Never ever had a sandwich so skimpy from JJ. You’re awful! What a waste of money! Do yourself a favor find another location they’re all over the place. This one skimps on meat and cheese. Again a 20$ sandwich here. What a JOKE!
