Went here last night. I walked in and there were no workers in sight. it was about 7:45pm. I waited about 5 minutes, and a young man comes out from the back. He was clearly upset/embarrassed upon realizing I had been there for a bit without being helped. He was extremely apologetic and respectful while taking and making my order, and also gave me a free large drink and a dessert as another apology. I was understanding and honestly felt bad for him. Certainly NOT this one!!! Very poor customer service. We asked for one reg and one slim and they told us there are no topping allowed on the slim of any kind. How stupid, we were at another location earlier this week and it was no issue at all. Just went down the street and had our choice or Subway or Jerseys Mikes … where there is good customer service
