DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JIMMY JOHNS IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE. DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE INCOMPETENT AND YOU GET ZERO HELP FROM THE ACTUAL LOCATION. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND FOR A LOST ORDER THEY MESSED UP ON. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I just had a delivery from this location and I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience. To begin my food was dropped off outside in the wet and cold weather…secondly when I approached my concern with the supervisor on call Elicia her attitude and customer service was completely unacceptable, I will never come back to this location again because of this experience and I’ve been coming here for years!! Their management needs to be addressed and trained AGAIN on how to treat people with respect and take valid concerns and complaints seriously. Customer Service is everything and this location does not have it.

I am writing this review today, because I experienced poor service from the initial call. I was asked for an address it was given I was being told I’m calling the wrong place serval times. Then the phone was put down I can hear all the side conversations going on. I was going to make a complaint with that at first but I said they just opened no big deal. Then my food gets delivered and my manager and admin share with me the driver was rude to them. So I called again to make a complaint. The manager “Alex” heard me but it felt he had no care in the world to listen to me. So he then tells me it’s early shift just started we are really busy, i replied I use to be a driver at jimmy John’s and when we were busy we were moving with no attitude no way being careless we were mindful and respectful. Today’s service was bad from the start and making a compliant made me feel like nothing was still going to be done. Being rude and disrespectful isn’t going to do no good

Placed an order at 6pm at 7pm my husband called the store and was told our food was stolen and they can’t remake our food. Then we talked to a manager and he told us that they don’t have a driver to deliver our food and that they couldn’t do a refund. He told us we had to contact Uber eats for the refund. This place is pathetic! Then at 7:20pm I get a text that our food was cancelled and driver couldn’t deliver it! This isn’t the first time this happened to us we are never ordering food from them again! Beware!

Driver delivered my food, but not to my apartment then gave attitude when i called… After going back and forth he transferred me to the manager who accused someone of stealing it. I waited almost an hr for this sandwich so having this driver try and deliver another one was not even worth it (since he never made it to the right address anyway) dont worry i got a refund but of course they kept the tip…. I went looking for my order after hanging up and it was like 5 buildings away (literally across the street and on the other side of that building) from where my apartment actually is. Make sure you read the address correctly before giving attitude!

The worse manager I ever deal with in over 30 years, unprofessional manager and very rude manager. When I called to talked to manager Mike, he put me on hold and hung up on me. I called back he doesn’t even ask me for details or any information but he just denies and hangs up. I don’t know where the company train their manager in customer service skills!!! I will not ever goto this location or even ever want to eat at Jimmy John again in the future due to lack of professionalism.

Order on 9.9.25 at 7:56 and they claimed to have delivered my food, but I have a doorbell camera and no one ever showed up I then called and they said they would send out the order again but then again it never arrived. Worst customer service ever if u don’t want to do do you job just cancel my order atleast don’t steal my money. You guys left me and my wife without food for work. Very disappointed and I would still like my money back atleast.

I just so happened to visit this location after a particularly depressing 2 week period in my life. The culmination of my issues happened in the 2 days leading up to my visit. You see, I wasn't even supposed to visit Illinois at all that weekend. But circumstance, chance and pure luck sent me on a trip I didnt plan for. On the return drive home, I needed to pull over. Sick of the road, sick of the radio, quite frankly sick of myself, i took the closest exit and pulled into your lot for some much needed leg stretching. I decided i could do with a lettuce wrap, and headed into the store. I had no idea what was waiting for me.
To management, an average customer or someone with an untrained eye, nothing was out of the ordinary- just 4 employees having a nice time together.
But to me? A certified VIBESMITH? These folks were doing more than just existing. The smiles I received from Zach and (I think Everet? Maybe Emmit? Those smiles were more than just niceties requested by the enploye handbook. They were genuine. The smiles let me know that I really was welcome there, and even welcome to join their convo. We joked, chatted about music and life, and they put my head back on straight before I tackled the rest of my journey home.
Was the food good? Probably- its jimmy johns. Its the same every time. But the people working made it memorable. Usually freaky fast but this time...freaky friendly.

Took them over AN HOUR to delivery to me less than 5 miles away. Called twice to see where it was and both times told it was on the way and I couldn’t cancel. Never ordering from here again!!

Visited on 8-25 at12:30 pm and the staff was amazing. The atmosphere is inviting and staff so friendly. You can tell this group enjoys there jobs and if they don’t they honestly would be in line for an academy award.

I came in on 6/20/25 at 1:15pm. Whoever the guy was at the register, give him a raise! Super personal, great attitude, best experience in a jimmy johns ever! didn’t get his name but he definitely made my day, food was also great as usual! 😄

If you want your order in a timely manner, do NOT order ahead. Contrary to the fact that ordering ahead is supposed to save you time, they cater to the people who order in store. Placed my order ahead, came in about 10 minutes and still had to wait. 3 people came in AFTER me, ordered there, and left with their sandwiches BEFORE me. And when I did finally get my sandwich, it was wrong. Extremely disappointing.
