Went here last night. I walked in and there were no workers in sight. it was about 7:45pm. I waited about 5 minutes, and a young man comes out from the back. He was clearly upset/embarrassed upon realizing I had been there for a bit without being helped. He was extremely apologetic and respectful while taking and making my order, and also gave me a free large drink and a dessert as another apology. I was understanding and honestly felt bad for him. I didm’t want to pry but I couldn’t help myself and asked if he was working by himself. He said no, his Manager was also working, but was nowhere to be found at that time.
Again, the employee that I did interact with was very respectful and kind. I just wonder what type of people they have managing that place.

I ordered 2 (30) pc and 1(18) pc party box costing $253/w a tip to feed a hockey team. I asked that condiments be left off the sandwiches. Upon receiving the sandwiches I provided bags for each person so that they could be taken on the bus to the game.. After the team departed, I had 8 pcs left which we began to eat. My guests started to open the sandwiches to put condiments on them when we noticed the pieces we had left contained basically scraps of meat on them. When I asked the team how their sandwiches were that left my home, they said the same. I contacted the store directly where I spoke to an assistant manager Kaleb. He was kind, helpful, and very apologetic. Kaleb Said he would talk to his manager and that I should stop in the store the next day and he would process a refund that his manager agreed on. When I arrived at the store he said unfortunately his manager decided there would be no refund and only offered a 15% off coupon for a future catering order. I contacted the manager myself who said he would talk to the GM AGAIN and get back to me. It’s been 5 days and one message to him, and still no return call. Never eat here. They cheat!
The location followed up after my review and said that their inventory on the meat used for the week was accurate. Their comments back to me are insinuating that the pictures I sent and the story I told is manufactured. This location lacks customer service skills and the ability to admit the potential for mistakes that need attention. I will not visit this location again. If you’re a Jimmy Johns fan, find another store to get your sandwich from.

I ran into JJ's to see what kind of cookies they had. I was thrilled to see a Pumpkin Cookie with white chocolate chips in it. The worker was very friendly and took care of my sale. My review rating was a 4star because workers were very nice. I give a 1star rating on the Pumpkin Cookie, because there is no zero rating and it did not taste like Pumpkin! The cookie was very dry and crumbled. How do you sell a pumpkin cookie that doesn't taste like pumpkin? I even had my friend taste one, and she said it had a slight molasses taste. Forget the Pumpkin cookies!

Will never order from Jimmy John's again. Was missing items...Called and they left me on hold hoping that I would hang up. I pulled up while I was still on hold and asked why they left me on hold. A young man with red curly hair said they were busy and there was nothing they could do about it. Intold him that his answer is not acceptable. Not an answer I would expect. Do not go to the Jimmy John location on Fansworth.

Went at opening on a Saturday morning the 2 male employees were friendly and efficient preparing a large order at the start of their day!

I have ordered many tuna sandwiches before… And noticed my sandwich was a lot skinnier… Don’t know if they’re changing the bread size, but it didn’t taste nearly as half as it should any better. Then I read up on the reviews and the store seems to get a lot of bad ones, next time I will be more selective on which store. But I did receive that special coupon for a discounted sandwich so I’m wondering if they did that smaller sandwich because I paid less but I thought I would’ve earned it with so many purchases at different Jimmy John’s, which that would be wrong on their part Never coming back here again.

I have ordered many tuna sandwiches before… And noticed my sandwich was a lot skinnier… Don’t know if they’re changing the bread size, but it didn’t taste nearly as half as it should any better. Then I read up on the reviews and the store seems to get a lot of bad ones, next time I will be more selective on which store. But I did receive that special coupon for a discounted sandwich so I’m wondering if they did that smaller sandwich because I paid less but I thought I would’ve earned it with so many purchases at different Jimmy John’s, which that would be wrong on their part Never coming back here again.

Wow, guess I’m just piling on here but Jimmy John’s is pretty bad, maybe it’s just this store but they certainly don’t know how to make sandwiches. $12 wrap was nasty, 1/2” thick, really nothing to it, equal to a $2 McDonald’s snack wrap. I think a vending machine could provide a better wrap. The Vito was light on toppings, seriously 6 or 7 pieces of shredded lettuce and meat that may have been sliced days ago. For the product and prices, stick to chipotle or Jersey mikes.
