Waited for 15 minutes while the crew laughed and goofed off. Then when I told manager how unprofessional and unacceptable that was, she became irate and threatened to refuse future service. Trust me, I would never go back here anyways. Also, nobody had on a hairnet. Not one person.

On the web site it says they open at 10:00 am and when I arrive it’s was 10 and the doors where open but one employee told me with a rude attitude that they were close and that they open at 10:30 am and refused service,another employee very kind asked me for my order but the other worker told him to not take my order and asked me to leave, i always buy at this location and always buy more than $100 dollars worth of food you need to retrain your employees with customer service and to comply with the policy if they open at 10 they should give the service I don’t remember their names but the day is today 9/28/2025 on a Sunday.

I ordered from the mobile app and went to pick up my food. To my surprise, it took 40 minutes for two meals! I waited in the drive-thru, and finally, my order showed up. The total time it took was an hour, just to have a quick meal.

This spot must be under new management/ 2024. Last year I loved comming here for food ,now the staff and mgt. Is very unprofessional,most of the time they are out of something but never offer a substitute for anything,the food has been terrible ,and the service is awful the way they just throw shit in the bags is ridiculous. Won't be coming back in 2025,and not recommending to anyone I know.

The food took 20 minutes and the chicken looked and tasted like it was cooked at too low of a temperature. Very soggy.

I paced 2 separate orders in the drive thru then when I got to the window they told me I had to get out the car to place the other one. Also got my order wrong and had to drive back to get it fixed

The customer service was amazing today!!! Nothing like great hospitality and people who genuinely go out of their way to please you in the smallest and kindest of ways. A little care is all that's needed from people who work with the public and it truly showed today. Thank you evening staff on 10-08-24, Drive thru and managers. Great job, keep it up!!!! The kind of care that was given today, I wouldn't even be mad if my order came back wrong or my food was nasty...☺LOL!!! New York Ave. & Farnsworth Ave. in Aurora, IL.
