Been here a few times, always friendly staff. I've realized that when they offer you a special when you pull up to order, it's a good idea to take the deal. A great bargain and leftover cold chicken. Food is always hot and fresh, will definitely keep going there.

Me and 2 other customers are in the lobby standing near the register waiting to order and they're just standing around talking and ignoring all of us... One guy just asked how much longer on his order that he had already been waiting 10min for and she just blew him off didnt even give him courtesy to look him in his eyes and apologize about the wait and told him that it would be another 10 min...

This pains me to say but my chicken was not good. They cooked it at too low of a temperature that the coating was coming off. The chicken at the bottom had so much grease on it that it dripped all over. I had a hard time guessing what was original and what was extra krispy. I know KFC is trying to make a comeback but this place will put it under. I was also shorted a piece of chicken.

I ordered my food today 04/12/2025 via DoorDash my food came in less than 20 mins. I was completely disgusted and disturbed when I opened my chicken and it was so cold! Like ice cold. Uneatable! I called the store to inform them of the temperature of the food and the supervisor “Robert” as he says completely gave me very bad customer service. I’ve worked in customer service over 10 years and instead of him being sympathetic he responded “ sorry there’s nothing we could do about that “ he gave me a hard time to even get me his name. I will be reporting this to cooperate! If you are planning on eating her DONT!
Chicken is overpriced. Food is medium grade.? Chicken is golden here? Service is horrible. You wait till someone checks you in for order. Usually playing some game amongst each other in back. You have to look and wait for service. They make you feel like they don't want your service.

This was the worst chicken on the planet. Old,cold and very small pieces. The chicken was not even suitable for dogs to eat. Both side items corn and mashed potatoes were cold and unbeatable. I live only 3 miles from this KFC I will never go back to this extremely trouble KFC. What made it worst 8 piece meal cost $35 a total rip off. I will report this to KFC Corporate
