I ordered a crispy chicken fill up after they only gave me that option and got other type of chicken. also they barely added any fries and they were all hard and stale. Ordered 2 spicy mac&cheese wraps and they had no mac&cheese I haven’t had Kentucky for years now I remember why.

This is a horrible place. Their online ordering is not accurate. Sent home with things I didn't order and missed what I did order. Management is a waste of time. They argue with you and won't refund your money. Basically call you out to be a liar. Then call customer service and they are a joke. What a waste of effort. Will absolutely avoid it at all costs.

So I've been going to this kfc for years and recently this past year or so has been a completely different situation. The chicken has been okay since recently, now this is the only kfc I will go to. Who ever is cooking at 3pm-4pm needs a raise, they get the perfect crisp on the original and I've noticed they cook the chicken in such a way the bones literally fall apart. That's hard to do. Anyways I definitely would recommend this joint, if you get one bad order, try again. On the good days, I swear this is some good chicken
Terrible customer service. Employees stole my food and ate from it. And it was around 10pm. before closing. Workers are pathetic. And I ordered from the drive-through The worst location ever with hungry pathetic workers.
Placed an online pickup order. They forgot my extra biscuit, two sauces for my tenders, and my drink was watered down. This spot is just consistent awful.
Poor service order in drive through #8 crispy white which is a three piece got a 2 piece original with 2 thighs. Pulled around went inside. They called the manager he asked for receipt which they never gave then he looks in the box and ask when did you buy this the employee said right now he turns and walks away

Potpie was on point! Still nice a big, good veggies and REAL chicken breast. Wanted to try the nuggets, they looked just okay but they were delicious! The problem was the ant infestation around the dirty, wet, sticky soda station indicating that it isn't cleaned often nor well. And the 3 staff members I saw, while friendly and welcoming were standing around chatting instead of washing down and disinfecting the soda station.
