Poor customer service. The individual I spoke to was rude and kept telling me how busy they were but proceeded to take my order. I asked to pay over the phone and he insisted on taking down my card number for someone else to run it later because the card machine was slow. I tried to problem-solve with him and asked if the lady could call me in the afternoon and run my card. He refused, reminded me how busy they were, and said they wouldn't work on my order.
