The food is always amazing and the owners have great customer service. I go at least once or twice a month and I’ve tried multiple items but the ceviche is my favorite. It’s made fresh and you get your money’s worth. Definitely worth the drive.

I am a troquero and this business has very delicious food I almost bit my finger licking my fingers because of so much flavor the food was delicious I was very satisfied and not to mention the chef ayyy papaya from Celaya!!!
Pretty expensive for a taco truck considering there over head cost is less then an actual restaurant. I’d definitely come more often if the prices were just a tad less.

I heard about this food truck that had excellent Ceviche so I had to come see for myself. They ate located on the west side of Aurora off of Prairie in the parking lot of Stoney's Tavern. We ordered there but recommend pre ordering and picking up because it takes about 20 minutes to get your order. They give you a pager to take to your car and it buzzes when your order is ready. We didn't mind the wait it was a nice day. They were very nice. They gave us a menu and explained everything. We ordered the Shrimp Ceviche, Mariscade and the Jaivita Tacos. I thought there prices were a bit high but when you see how big the meals are then you understand why. Their Ceviche feeds about 4 to 5 people. Recommend asking for a few extra tostadas. Everything we tried was great I would also recommend the Spicy Ceviche. We ordered plain and I wish we would have gotten Spicy.
