I have been here twice. The first time was over a year ago and everything was fine but the mango ice cream was kinda gross. It did not taste creamy like the location up the street by Jalisco. I decided to give them another chance this summer. This is how my interaction went: Me: I want a strawberry one Her: A strawberry water? Me: A strawberry water ice cream Her: We only have lime and mango water ice cream Me: Ok I’ll take lime in a bowl She shows me my total and I see that it is suspiciously high. I start to look over at the menu to check the price but of course they are not listed so I clarify Me: this is just for the lime ice cream right? Her: yes Later she comes out with a lime ice cream and a strawberry water Me: I only ordered the lime ice cream Her: Sorry I already made it no refunds Additionally the lime ice cream was disgusting it was like freezer burnt or something tasted rotten nothing like the quality at La Michoacana de Jalisco. I will not be coming back here and will just stick to the one a few blocks north.

Recently went to this michoacana and got these medium ice creams and never new how little ice cream they put until now… I’ve been going here since I was little and always got full cups, on top of that they’re more expensive as well. Hopefully something changes.

Ordered three elotes that went straight to the trash, it was spoiled and they even smelled bad not sure how they even sold it to us like that! We took them to go and was disappointed as soon as we took the lid off the smell hit us. Won’t be coming back here

I tried to give this place another chance as it is a small, local place in the area. This time it was a worse disappointment! Everything tastes stale/expired and I have never complained to them before but this time I asked them to change an item in my order and they wanted to charge me full price...it went straight to the trash so please don't waste your money here.

Ordered 2scoop cup and 4 scoop cup. $12. They did not have the ice cream for the 4 scoop cup, so I canceled it. The 2 scoop cup tuned out to have shredded sherbet for 1 of the scoops. The change they gave me was $6. So I was charged the same for a 2 scoop cup as a 4scoop cup.CHECK YOUR ORDER AND COUNT YOUR CHANGE AT THIS PLACE.

It’s an okay place for locals and because it has a drive thru but they take FORVER like 20 mins per car , definitely not worth it, it’s only good if there’s 0-1 car
