They do not provide good customer service, they do not serve in the appropriate manner, most of them are very rude and they need to improve the service which I rate with a 1/10 and they should hire a friendlier person. The branch needs a complaints box, thank you , prices should improve.

The workers are unprofessional. I understand it gets busy but me and family were in line and like 5 people went ahead of us. We told one of the workers about how long we’ve been in line and she said “There’s a sign and you have to be behind that sign and that one of the workers will say who’s next. I swear to god none of the workers said “next”. Also workers will help the people they know first cause a lady went ahead of us and started talking with one of the workers and the worker was attending her. Also this workers are rude af cause they went to they’re co worker and told them about what we told her. Either that lady has to learn to keep her mouth when there’s customers.

So we went back in today, the service was horrible. The young lady with the blue highlights in her hair has no customer service skills. My wife ask for a little bit of Chilli ? on her Elote and she loaded it up. When we asked about why there was so much. Her response was maybe next ask for it on the side. The 2nd one we ordered we asked for no liquid it was a swamp. Very different from my first 2 visits. These were very simple requests. GET IT RIGHT NEXT TIME!

I was a frequent customer there but they have lowered the quality of the products a lot and raised the price quite a bit. I love products with walnuts, yogurt, popsicles... etc, but on two occasions I had a very bad experience, pieces of walnut came out in the shell, I was about to end up with the dentist, I never went back, I have found a place with better service, quality and price.

La Michoacan Premium always has the most rich freshly made paletas and ice cream of all Mexican ice cream places. Try some of their latest fruity flavors, my fave is mamey. Their gazpachos are almost as genuine as those found in Morelia. Aguas frescas are made from fresh fruits, you will not be disappointed.

Do not recommend due to oor service. We show up on Sunday at 9:00pm, the hours indicate the business is open for another 30 minutes, the attendants don't greet anyone coming through the door and it was quite obvious they were upset, by their long faces and lack of manners altogether. We requested a snack to be prepared and they flat out refused, because "it was closing time" at 9:05, when close of business was not until 9:30. Every time we requested an item, we were met with sighs and eye-rolls from the person serving us. Its really too bad to see how much the standard of service for business has fallen. We will not be taking our business to this establishment any longer.
I’m buying cream and fruit. I’m cream garbage water cream. When I called the place. Girl said is like this bad place people inexperienced ??♀️

I am always down for some delicious Mexican snacks. I am so glad there was a Michoacana nearby! I was craving chicharones and fresas con crema. I ordered those while my husband order their dorilocos which is basically Doritos chips loaded with cheese, peanuts, cucumbers, sour cream, lettuce, and hot sauce. We both were satisfied He also ordered a mango and orange juice.b
