Seafood platter is always great. When asking for hot salsa, ask for something hotter than hot and they will make you a custom hot salsa that is so tastey! Food hear is always great. The chorizo bean dip with chips is fantastic as well. Can't go wrong with the music and food here. Great place and atmosphere overall. Great place to pass the time.

Last night was very packed and they were more then likely short staffed which I understand but to wait an hour for food was not the problem, we were patient, problem is when everyones dishes are served cold. The dishes probably had been ready for a long time but no waiters were available to take to the table. Not my first time here and have had better experiences in the past. Just something to bring to attention.

First time at Las Quinta. What an amazing experience. We made a reservation, which was good. We walked in and was seated immediately. The Tableside Salsa and Guacamole was some of the best I've ever eaten. It was quite busy, but our food came out in descent time. I had the Molcajete Mixto which was amazing. So flavorful. So good. The meats were tender and juicy, and so flavorful. I will be back.

I was looking for a place to have Mexican food for dinner with my friend prior to going to the show at the Paramount and we selected this restaurant. It was very good, with food and service. I would recommend it to somebody else who was going to the Paramount and needed a place for dinner. Very helpful to have their own parking lot too.

Went before a Paramount show. GreatLocation right on the river. Skip the cucumber margarita and get a regular one. Enchiladas were great. Super fun for a birthday - singing, desserts and propsfor photo ops. They were a little short staffed so plan enough time if you have tickets to a show.

I hate to give such a low rating but our experience with the margaritas was below par. The first order of a normal margarita (pre mixed) had a terrible taste, so it was returned. Ordered a skinny margarita which included fresh lime juice was a whopping $17- this was not even top-shelf liquor. On no planet should a non top-shelf drink cost $17- and it wasn’t even that good. The tartness was overkill. Skinny should simply mean less sugar- and margaritas should always be made with fresh lime juice.

The sauces are not very spicy and food without spice is not very good, the atmosphere is at the bottom and the top is cold.

We had a reservation and got seated quickly however it was extremely cold where we were sitting. Food was delicious. The margs were nice and strong and the homemade salsa & gauc were amazing. If you're going to the Theatre make sure you have plenty of time for your dinner. Service is a little slow otherwise amazing! I would definitely go back.

Very good margaritas!! We are dining before the Paramount play so it is important to be served quickly and we always are. The food is good and plentiful. The wait staff very pleasant.
