Fun. Food could have been better though

The staff are so polite and caring. The karaoke rooms look really nice too

I went with a group and got a private room. We had fun. We were able to find all the songs we wanted but the downside is you can only search by song name. The ability to search by artist or even a song book would have been helpful. The system was easy enough to use otherwise. Nice, helpful staff.

I'd go back. Maybe try the food options next time.

Overall, we had a great time awesome atmosphere, good music, and friendly service. However, the price felt a bit high: we spent almost $300 for 4-6cocktails and 2 hours of karaoke, with no food or snacks included. The drinks were good, but for that price it seemed a little expensive. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we really enjoyed the night! 🌟

Great karaoke place! Been here multiple times now and it’s awesome. The private rooms are great and they have different sizes for your group. If I’m ever in Naperville / Aurora this will be my go to karaoke place.

This place was awesome for karaoke!! They actually had almost all of the American songs we requested which was a variety of new and older music. Also, the console was easy to use after the staff explanation. Speaking of which the staff was wonderfully kind and attentive! Highly recommend! If I had to nitpick I would just say the grilled brussel sprouts were dry and unflavorful, but the pork dumplings and edamame were delicious. Hope this helps when looking for a fun karaoke experience. ☺️

Fantastic service and a great time! Love that they have private karaoke rooms - the song choices were endless and the machine was super easy to use! I read some negative reviews, and they are completely wrong. Just ask how to use the machine if you don't know - super easy to search any song title and add to your queue, as well as to skip or pause a song at any point. Every song we searched (in English) was easily found across many genres - 90s rock, broadway, pop, country, classic rock. And the staff could not have been kinder!

We were there for four hours for NYE. Lovely place and great service. we found all of the songs except for one or two. (I2I by Tevin Campbell) but I think you can ask to have songs added. I'm glad I finally got to stop in.

We had an issue with the equipment and the staff came to help almost immediately!

Had a misunderstanding about the time we asked for but the manager gave us a discount for the hour we didn't ask for. Super understanding staff. Recommend!

Weird place.

The server was very polite.

And I'm pretty sure their noodle dish is Indo Mie Ramen, just veggies and meat were added. The portion seemed to be the same as one tiny bag too

Went on a Friday night & it was a ghost town. Very odd that they had one side of the restaurant lit & the other not. Def not a welcoming atmosphere to play pool, which is a pretty wicked thing to have at a karaoke place. Next, I was so excited to try the food & I was so disappointed. It was as if everything came from the freezer section & didn’t feel the authenticity. In addition, tip is already added to your bill at the end, when the server took so long to come and serve us and teach us how to work the karaoke machine. To continue, the karaoke machine is outdated & is catered to the Asian community, which is beautiful, however difficult for us who only know English. There’s def a lot of improvements needed, and to modernize this place. It has so much potential. Overall, I was just extremely sticker shocked at the end for the bad food & service.
