Leaving 1 star because the food was not ready on time and I ordered 2 days ahead to avoid the problem of a long wait time. Got to the store and waited till my time window, go in and checked. Was told 20-30 more minutes but i see everyone walk out with their orders but these orders had multiple pizzas and other items. Seems they prioritized bigger orders than the one that come first. It maybe super bowl sunday but i ordered way ahead to avoid the issue like I said. I've never had a problem ordering way in advance other places. Do better.

Of all Little Caesars in the area, this is definitely the worse one!! Pizzas don't look nor taste as fresh, over baked, and they don't care about the customers receiving a satisfied order. Try a different location for a great Little Caesars Pizza!

This place is going into decline, only a simple cheese pizza was what I ordered with wings, a totally dry burnt disappointment and without Obio cheese it was a mess, well I think I finished eating at little Caesar all their pizzerias are a big disappointment.

Why run a pizza store when you can’t make simple pizza? Supposed to get a 2 topping pizza but received just one topping. Tried calling the customer service - Customer Service is a JOKE!! 1) they don’t listen to you, 2) they don’t refund a penny.

They lucky to get 1 star this place is VERY SLOW… if they say 20 minutes give an hour and that’s just for 1 pizza… what’s suppose to be HOT & Ready Is Not So Be Prepared To Wait!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Little Caesar’s. I placed a pick-up order the day before, for 2 cheese pizzas, 2 pepperoni pizzas, 2 sausage pizzas, 4 Italian cheesy breads, and 4 breadstick combos to be ready at 3:45 PM. However, on the day of pick-up, I got a notification that my order was ready at 2:00 PM – almost two hours early. This meant my food sat in the warmer, becoming stale and dry.
When I arrived at 3:45, the worker told me they couldn’t even find my order! I had to wait another 10 minutes while they were helping other customers. Once they finally found my order, I mentioned that I had ordered 50 sauce cups. Instead of quickly grabbing them, they continued to help other guests, so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes while my food sat in the car getting cold.
And to top it off, I discovered later that they forgot my 4 breadstick combos! By then, I was already at my event, 20 minutes away. I tried calling the store and the customer service line, but no one answered.
I ordered in advance to avoid exactly this kind of experience, but instead, I ended up waiting and got cold, stale food. Little Caesar’s seriously needs to improve their order management and customer service.

I order online to skip the line but they dont put the order in the pizza portal half the time. It says to go to the counter for it and I get a huge line and the cashier not even at the register while people are waiting. Also it looks like a pizza thats either been sitting there a long time or is over cooked mist of the time. This place is about 5 minutes from my house, ill rather drive to the Batavia location, I will no longer visit this aurora location.
