This location is run TERRIBLY. I have never once been able to walk in and get anything hot and ready. Wait times are outrageous, and mobile orders are never ready when promised. I often get home with cold food, and last night the pizzas weren't correctly made and the crazy bread wasn't cut into sticks! The store is dirty, the employees clearly don't care and have no sense of urgency whatsoever.

Ordered online at 5pm and was given a pickup time that was 5:45. When I arrived I was informed it was not even started and they could start it now and it would be another 25 to 30 min to complete. Not happy with that service at all.

I ordered online and received a notification that my pizza was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was told it was still not done. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, the staff informed me they were just starting to make it. The entire process, from online order to pickup, took well over an hour. This level of inefficiency and disrespect for the customer's time is appalling. If your system says an order is ready, it needs to be ready. Telling customers to wait an hour after they've already waited at home is totally unprofessional.

Awful customer service. Consistently 35 minutes to an hour late on promised ready time. They don't update the app in a timely manner so it basically doesn't work and the Pizza Portal doesn't work half the time either so you have to wait in line to get your order, which is a problem b/c if you order pickup for 7pm you'll be waiting in store for 45 minutes. That's my experience. Surprisingly good pizza and great value, but not worth the long waits beyond promises order ready time. Staff is not friendly - this location needs a serious overhaul of employees and processes.

This is the worse place to go for fast food. I ordered online it said it should be ready in 1 hr. I got there 1hr and 30min to make sure when I got there it was going to be ready. I got there at 8pm they said 30 more minutes I waited 30 more minutes. And I asked 30 minutes passed is it ready he said 30 more minutes. WHAT! 2 hrs waiting and still 30 minutes and he said im just giving an estimate time not sure if it will be ready in 30 minute. There was more than 10 people extemly mad. Walked out and never again walking in there.

Bad services … we order our pizzas at 8:00 pm .and they made use await 15 hours for our services and the manger that was there on the night did. Not know how to keep up with the people that been awaiting for there food they need to know how to work on food services …

Terrible service. No matter how far ahead of time you order, it’s not ready when you get there. It should take less than 20 mins for a pizza, start to finish. But you can order at 6:00 to be ready at 7:00. Show up at 7:00 and they tell you it’s gonna be 20 mins. Seems like they’re understaffed. Likely management doesn’t want to pay to staff the place properly. Also they never seem to have any pizzas hot-n-ready. We all have to stop ordering from this location or they’ll never fix anything.

This Little Ceasars has its issues. Mostly that the web and app orders AUTOMATICALLY give you a time your food will be ready, which doesn’t take into account how busy the store is, or how many orders came before yours. The staff is nice, and you can tell they’re doing their best and it’s not their fault the place is so behind, but they’re fighting a losing battle every night. They need more people, and the company itself needs to fix the way the app calculates ready times. We order literally every Sunday, and I’ve watched it get worse in such a way that the staff working there can’t reasonably do anything better with the time and employees they have. I hope LC fixes things for them

The African American gentleman with the locs that works up front is always polite. Everytime I visit he is either cleaning, organizing or assisting in the kitchen. However the pizza is sometimes a hit and other times a miss. But I won’t complain too much as it is $6

Last night 10/12/25 I Ordered online and went to pick up my 2 pepperoni pizzas. I found it Weird that my app didn’t say they were ready, but I assumed it was a glitch. When I got there, There was a whole large crowd of people waiting for their pizzas and mine wasn’t even in the oven. So I left because I needed my food then. Not hours later.
