Ordered through uber.40minutes late, cold food....and the driver and car was totally someone else.diff.car.and a woman not the man pictured......i would not recommend it.its pretty unsafe when you r expecting at least WARM food.and a safe web site

Well the last time I went was last weekend and I ordered 2 large thin crust cheese and beef one with extra cheese and I got 2 pepperoni pizzas and I don't eat pork and didn't find out until I got home.

So unbelievably rude I'm blown away. The guy with the scraggly neck beard and hickey on his neck is the most unprofessional employee I've ever seen anywhere. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

I believe the little Caesars experience could be improved. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always enjoyed their hot and ready pizzas. However, my recent visit was disappointing. The pizza was cold, not as hot and steaming as usual, and poorly cut. Additionally, there was a lack of sauce, which is an essential part of the little Caesars experience. I believe the store management should focus on improving the quality of service and ensuring customer satisfaction. still ate it though obv
I placed an order, they sent it wrongly to another address, they did not want to recognize it, they did not send it to me, they did not even call the driver to send it to the correct address, very bad service.

Placed an order today and the sauce for my bread sticks was missing. I call the store to get a credit and the lady who answers the phone doesn't speak English. She gets someone else to interpret and tells me that I can have a $1 credit because the sause costs less than $1.. I said I ordered crazy bread with sauce which is $3.99 and she tried to tell me that I got the bread. I said yes but I don't eat my bread without sauce. I said it's like if you sold burgers and gave me a burger with no bread and expected me to eat just the meat.. She ended up giving me a store credit.. They are probably doing store credits now because they mess up so much..

Ordered a hot and ready with EXTRA pizza sauce. I got a hot and ready with NO pizza sauce. Could have stayed home and cooked a red baron myself for a better pizza for cheaper

This place is terrible. I ordered 1 pizza and showed up on time to pick it up. When I showed up they had given my pizza to somebody else and wanted me to come back. I couldn’t and they told me they couldn’t refund me the money. Useless customer service.

Whoever was at the front desk tonight was amazing date is April/20/24 my lady is in labor and I was getting food for her and he made it a breeze for me that the store was packed and he was maintaining his calm Great work.
