Little Italian Pizza West

My new favorite for pizza in Plainfield because of the crust. I recommend ordering it 'crispy'. Haven't had any service issues whatsoever. Some of the one star reviews on here are a little over the top. Give them a try.

The pizza was serviceable. The front staff was nice. The manager was very rude when I asked why my bill was $10 more than my email confirmation. I didn’t get belligerent or anything. I just asked why the pizza I chose online and my email confirmation shows I ordered a $20 pizza. Why am I being asked to pay $32. No plan to return.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a pizza with green olives and gotten green peppers instead. Shame on me for not checking before I left, but they should do better. I did call to complain and could have gotten a new pizza made, but I still would’ve had to drive back to pick it up. Check your order before you leave!

Amazing staff very kind people I was having issues with my online order and they helped and settled my issue instantly without any problems on my end. The restaurant it's self is cozy and nice very lit up which is nice. Small but good sized for order and go pizza place. Pizza was good too.

I left the mailbox room and on the way out, I decided to give Little Italian Pizza West a shot. I ordered a meatball sandwich and fries. There was a little bit of miscommunication that prompted me to speak to a manager named John (whom I believe owns the place), and he was incredible!

He's a lifelong resident of Naperville and he clearly cares very much about his customers. The way he addressed the miscommunication issue was genuine and heartfelt. I'm definitely going to go back to them!

Took way over an hour to get the wrong pizza. The vegetables were cut too big and still totally raw. The crust needed a steak knife to get through the bottom. Too bad the rest of the pizza tasted good because we will not come back.

we have been ordering pizza from little italian for close to 20 years. weve always been happy. unfortunatly they are not what they used to be. the last 4 times we have ordered the pizza has not been good. we always order thin crust and twice it wasnt thin at all. once it was barely done. all 4 times it was dry. they must have gotten new people. after many years we have to go elsewhere. its too bad.

We got a half cheese half bacon and giardiniera ?the crust is a perfect balance between crispy and fluffy. The sauce to cheese ratio… this is what dreams are made of. I could not recommend this pizza enough. Go get it now. 10/10

First time ordering from here, pizza was good, i did 1/2 cheese 1/2 sausage.Plenty of sauce & cooked just right, had a good amount of cheese & sausage had good flavor. I did house crust we will order again! Good Pie!
