Great place to eat with families! Lots of variety of ice cream flavors, hot sandwiches, chips etc. The strawberry yogurt is pretty good definitely worth a try!

I just went and the tall lady acted super arrogant. I ordered a chelada and tasted water with salt when before, if they were good, it's too bad that they give worse and worse service and that they lower the quality of their products, which are not cheap.

First and last time I come here the service was not good at all. I asked for a simple request and her response was no we can’t make it and I explained it again and she said we can but there’s a different cost and I had told her that it was fine and she kept making a face and telling me that she could make it but there was an extra cost for it when I had told her I was fine with the cost of it, she gave me a dirty look and started making my food. I ended up paying for my things and when o got the receipt I saw that they had charged me twice for a piece of chocolate that I had gone for my ice cream. It’s not professional of them to do those faces to customers and treat people like they don’t have money or doubting people with what they trying to order. If they want to make money based on them charging people more for the smallest things it’s all on them but sooner or later they will start loosing business.

The place is divine and super delicious, the girls who are there in the afternoon are very rude, you ask them questions and they roll their eyes at you, super rude! Talk to those staff because they mistreated people, I was not the only one who received mistreatment

Yesterday I went to I bought some dorillocos and I didn't like how they prepared them and I ordered others. I liked it and the cucumber and the jicama were stale when I tried the cucumber it was bitter and then there was a fly sitting on the fruit and the nut and I told the girl to cover the things and they don't care about me and today I have a stomach ache and cramps from the stale fruit I bought, they should be more careful with the health of their customers

I think they lack more flexibility with their customer service, I have already had conflicts with a worker twice. Besides, the prices are a little expensive.
