I just spend a whole lot of money for a pizza that wasn't cooked all the way. The manger was very nice . But cmon - how do you send out a pizza thats doughy?

Lou Malnati's is my favorite Chicago chain pizza. The thin crust pizza is so good. This location is great with quick and friendly service, however, it's takeout and delivery only. Unfortunately, a family that arrived before we did not realize this, and had to go elsewhere for dinner.

Consistently the BEST pizza in Aurora. Family coming to town? Get a Malnati’s pizza. Aurora Barnstormers summer picnic? Order Malnati’s pizza (3 of them) Grandsons coming to visit? Malnati’s pizza. The new hot honey pie is wonderful in both thick and thin crust.
