It’s a great recipe but I think they don’t follow the Lou Malnati’s procedure as the toppings are always skimpy. I don’t mind paying extra for a great pizza but I’m done hoping they put plenty of spinach or sausage on the pizza. No more.

Worst cheese pizza I ever had. Crust was hard, cheese was one big glob. I nearly choked from the cheese. Wasn’t digestible. Taste was blah, no seasoning. Ordered deep crust and received closer to thin crust. Called to voice my concerns. They made me another pizza and delivered it to me. About the same as the first. Great customer service however I conclude their pizza just ain’t it! Never again! Wasted close to $30. SMH!
Well, besides of expensive I don’t see anything special in the pizza, tasteless and every topping goes up $2.50 - $3.5” so a large pizza with few toppings end in $100 dollars Ridiculous.

One of the best places within 10 miles of me when it comes to Deep Dish pizza.They only do carry out and delivery only, which is not bad but it is important to note that this isn't like some of their dine in restaurants.Very friendly staff, easy to place an order, and some of the best pizza sauce I've ever tasted. And as someone who takes medicine for my stomach issues, their pizza is both delicious and not too greasy, so people with weaker stomachs like me can still enjoy their food without feeling sick later that night.Vegetarian options: Salads are a great option here for vegetarians. As well as just getting a cheese only Deep Dish.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free options for bith the deep dish and thin crust pizzas. They also offer 'crustless' pizza if you are on a low carb diet.Parking: Limited number of parking spots due to being adjacent to other restaurants and a Chase bank. That said, they ONLY do Carry Out and Delivery so this is not a big deal.

I love Lou Malnati’s but if something wants me to go back to a place again its the service you get. Danny provided excellent service when i called around 9:40 PM to place an order for a Deep dish pizza with some Lou’s Bruschetta and everything was just perfect. Food came out exactly how i wanted and it was hot. I recommend this Lou’s to everyone who visits Aurora and wanna do take out.
