It's inside the mall so it's pretty neat, lots of areas to sit down while you enjoy your drink. I love that they have variety of flavors to choose from. I would have to visit it again to try some of their other flavors, it is very easy to find, you can check my photos and you would know exactly where to find it, it is where the lounge area is. Service was pretty quick and you should park near to the Jc Pennys entrance to be able to get there faster and also it is near the food court. Recommended!

Boba was average and leaking from the edges of the lid, tall guy that takes the order clearly hates his job and makes it known by tossing the straws instead of handing them and giving you a rude glare the second you start ordering then proceeds to ask for a tip. Terrible.

What a gem, I highly recommend the Bao buns that are handmade.I thought about those Bao buns all day! The bubble tea is legit, I have been to at least 6 local places and out of all of them this place is the top 2, not watered down.

If I could give it a 0, it wouldn't be low enough. I pass by this place all the time and decided, well I'm here shopping for my sons prom outfit, why not Finally try it. The first young lady I encountered was very helpful and pleasant which I truly appreciate and admire. I placed my order and received it quicker than I could turn around to talk to my son. The tea was delicious. In my head I thought, " I'll definitely be back here". I turn around to leave but I had trash in my hand. Specifically, their receipt and plastic from the straw. I ask the young ladies could I throw it in the trash. The second young lady said nothing and walked my way. I looked down and saw a tiny trash can within arms reach so I thought to myself, "I don't want her to touch this trash in my hand because she is working so ill just toss it right there in the trash." She huffs and points down the way and says the trash is over THERE! First of all I am a 40 y/o man and not to get cocky or anything but I've had two tours to Iraq which has literally left me mentally and physically scared for life. I have problems everyday, issues everyday, including that one but I do not and will not allow my problems to be someone elses. It wouldn't be fair. I'm normally pleasant as hell because I've seen the worst of life and to be here with my family is more than enough to put me in a great mood. Anywho, after this happened I stared at her and she shook her head and rolled her eyes saying nothing. At this point I don't know what the problem was. I told her she didn't have to be shitty at all. She continued to do the same thing. So I cursed at her and told her I should throw this drink in your face . My wife and son told me to come on so I left. I'm writing all this in hopes that this gets to her or anyone else working there because treating people like that , I'm assuming, because you're having a bad day, or you'd rather not serve certain people, will get you hurt severely if you try that shit with the right person. That situation could have went bad for the both of us if my family wasn't there. Be mindful.

I kept the wrong drink and didnt have her re make it. She is the one who let me know she made the wrong drink. It was actually a pretty good drink so no complaints.
