Stopped in on a Thursday night for their Family Feud night (starts at 7pm). Even though that sounds like it would bring some energy, the vibe still felt pretty low-key — not many people around and not much buzz.
Food-wise: • Italian beef sandwich: the winner of the night. Tasty and I’d recommend it. • Barbecue burger: solid flavor, but the “crispy onions” weren’t crispy at all — more chewy, which threw it off a bit. • Crispy chicken ranch wrap: just okay, nothing special.
Everything comes with your choice of fries, mashed potatoes, or onion rings, with upgrades available if you want. Prices were mostly in the $15+ range.
Service was fine — nothing bad, nothing standout either. Overall, the place is decent but not super lively. If you’re coming for food, the Italian beef is worth it.

Have had this in the past and loved it. Until this evening. Sat down in outside patio and received no service. Waitress came out three times and she never even came over. There was only one other couple on the patio. Will take our business elsewher

There's some items on the menu that are actually pretty good. But tbh a good chunk of the food here is meh and simply not worth the price. I would give this place a higher rating if some of the waiters weren't so horrendously bad. The last time I was here, the waiter took about 20 minutes to bring our menus, then 10 minutes to take our order and bring our drinks. Then, about 20 minutes to bring out our food, which she brought our checks with our food for some reason? She walked into the back, and we didn't see her for 40 minutes. We had to wait 40 minutes to just order dessert, and we waited over an hour for refills at this point. It took her another 10 minutes to get the refills and 30 minutes to bring out the dessert we ordered. Then, it took her another 25 minutes to bring us the new check. And another 20 for her to come grab our cards. This place is actually pretty alright when we get one of the waiters that actually does their job, but that rarely happens. The bingo and trivia nights are pretty fun, though. Please just get better waiters or have them trained. Out of the about 10 times I've been here, I've only had 2 waiters be attentive to my table. My friend brings us here bc she grew up coming here, but after this last experience, none of us want to go back. We would say just order to go, but tbh you can get better food and prices without having to even look hard. Until they fix their waiter issue, the only reason I recommend coming here is if you like the special event nights they host and are willing to put up with a good chance of poor service

I got the fried pickles which were 15 dollars kinda of expensive for an appetizer. Opened the box to only find 10 in there!! Very crazy for the price and spoke to a manager and she told me that’s normal. Very disappointing.
Nikki was the best bartender in the world and Aaron was the best barback known to man kind. Literally the best service in a bar EVER. Good drinks and good conversations and atmosphere. W neighborhood bar

While this place has good food, the service was horrible. Waitress took our order, then disappeared. We didn't even get the complimentary nachos, or even small plates for our appetizers, because again the waitress disappeared. I couldn't even get a refill, or a second round of all you can eat fish.
We were ignored, and the staff didn't even care. Never going back.
