Every time I come here my order is screwed up!!! Employees have NO sense of urgency, you never get a hi when you approach the window!! EVER!! If you people don’t like your job, quit, there’s plenty of other people who need and want a job.. waited for 16 minutes for a frappe, I’m sorry I will never park again screw your dt time maybe get some people who can multitask!!!

Every single time I come here they are always messing up my order it’s literally so annoying. There hasn’t been one time where they finally get my order right, I just came back from here and they gave me the wrong sauces. Small things like those is the reason why I’m not coming back this location anymore. I’m done. Y’all need better corporate and employees. I had also applied to this location and I never received a call or a message back about my position. How are you guys actually this terrible??
They did not have soda available, so I chose iced tea and there was an upcharge. It was only .10, but it should have been waived since soda was unavailable. They also forgot my sauce for the nuggets.

A bunch of idiots work here. They had me pull up to the third window to wait for my large strawberry banana smoothie and one chocolate chip cookie. They forgot about me and I sat there for 10 minutes I started honking my horn until they finally came up to me and asked me what am I sitting there waiting for. So they basically forgot about me but the worst part is the smoothie was horrible. It was like basically strawberry diarrhea. Liquid like soup. Whoever made it needs to be retrained. Damn shame because I live right around the corner and I come here all the time, this place need serious help from corporate.
