The food was poorly prepared. The fries was cold and the double cheese burger was the worst I have ever tasted it. Idk if that was real meat or not. They forgot a large frie that I had to turn around and go back for. When I get back they give me attitude about them forgetting my large fry. This was really a disappointment and a waste of my money. I feel like ive been scammed.

The McDonald’s floor looks so wet and shiny I’m pretty sure it’s trying to evolve into a fully functioning water park.

This mcds is crazy bougie on the inside and super clean. Really exceeds the brand’s standards for sure. Our service time was super fast (under 2 mins) and the manager Andrew ran the order out himself. I love seeing hands on management and hearing coworkers get along and working well as a team!

1. 12:58 noon - store was busy and staff member was doing smelly soapy slippery mob in restaurant.
2. Old hard chewy fish sandwich
was served , reordered the another one and order was not custom as per order.

This is one of our fav family place to visit with kids and its loosing quality.

Ordered through the mobile app and after I got home to eat my order was wrong, no big deal it happens but when I called the store the manager answered the phone and after I explained the situation they hung up on me.

if i could give 0 stars i would. i ordered a bacon quarter pounder and got it with NO bacon. called multiple times and the manager hung up on me twice?? sadly i couldn’t go back since it was out of my way and i had to go to work soon. very upsetting.

This place is horrible. 85% of the time, your order is wrong. The staff gets a negative attitude when asking for them to correct it. Every encounter with management is horrible. They typically don't give receipts. They will motion you to come to the third window for pickup in drive thru and give your food to the patron at 2nd window. Actually, I had the manager a few weeks ago tell me not to go to the 3rd window unless I hear the words coming out of her mouth. I mentioned i was motioned to pull forward, and no one was at 2nd window. She then proceeded to give me a verbal lashing about staffing inadequacies. I avoid this location, understanding that other nearby locations are owned by the same family. Poor overall management!!!

Trash food and service , I asked for fresh fish filet they made me wait 10 mins and gave me dry and refried fish filet , I went back they made me wait again 10 mins and gave me dry and refried fish filet again . I will never come back to this location again .

Update went back the manager named misiline lied to my face and said I asked for well done when I didn’t mention anything except it making fresh ..

Ordered my food (breakfast) at 10:16am on the app got there to pick up my order at 10:25am they played around for 5 minutes to say they ain’t serving breakfast no longer that they destroyed my order.

Two nights ago I went through the drive-through and wanted the chicken big Mac but they were out so I understood in order a regular big Mac. The bun must’ve been five days old. The burgers were dry and honestly the sauce tasted like it was a little bit sour, so I just threw it out and chalk it up to a bad night. Everybody has them every business has them whatever but then this morning we go through the drive-through and ask for one sausage muffin with no egg and then ask for two sausage McMuffins with egg get home guess what no egg on anything. We will still go there at a convenience, but I urge everyone to park in the drive-through and check your entire order before you leave the window

There's a gentleman that works the front window, seems friendly and generally happy. However, the woman that I've come in contact with the last 3 times at the second window just seems miserable. Every time has a dirty/very angry look on her face, never says hello, or acknowledges when I say thank you or have a good day. Just hands me my food and shuts the door while I'm actively thanking her. I understand people have bad days, but she has been like this every time I've come in contact with her. I've worked at McDonalds quite a while back. Having an attitude is not going to make your job easier. Pep up. Will help bring your customers back, rather than lose them because your attitude makes them feel like their the bane of your existence. My order has been messed up multiple times coming here, and also had missing food another time. Never once came back around to complain or ask for my missing food because I personally don't want to deal with staff that come off that angry all the time. Don't think I will be returning to this location.
