I never write reviews but a female manager apologized to me after a bit of a wait here. It was sincere and was unexpected for a restaurant, let alone fast food. I think she should be recognized for her good service. (Saturday night around 9:30 pm)

You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig! This McDonalds had a recent facelift but it's always hot something broken down! 1 week into summer and their summer drink Frozen Coke has been u available since BEFORE SUMMER! This place also keeps a layer of grime. As this eas my LAST attempt to use this McD's, I thought I'd let you all know...

Horrible customer service!! I ordered large Hazelnut Cappuccino. It took them way longer to make it. And when I received it, it was only 3/4 filled with foam. I asked person to fill to top and she filled it with milk. So basically, I bought large cup of milk with very little coffee inside. Not only that, instead of apologizing she was staring at me that I made huge mistake by asking her to give me what I paid for!! Not good experience.
It seems that McDonald's is no longer interested in improving their operations. My experiences at other McDonald's have been excellent compared to this unit in North Aurora. I specifically asked for someone to call to see if I can offer suggestions for improvement but it seems they are not interested.

Very nice and clean place 👌 food was fresh I ordered 10 McChicken and bacon ranch chicken salad. The food was wonderful and fries fresh and hot!!!! I really would never buy there but was very pleased.
