Too pricey for garbage food plus always the wrong order. Never fill up the fries it’s like blind people actually work there.

Please instruct your leadership about the difference in procedures between DoorDash and uber. The manager wouldn’t give me the Uber Eats I was assigned without a “code” that is non-existent. I showed her my phone to confirm the name and she said “she didn’t have her glasses on” I read the name to her twice as that’s all is required for the pickup.
This cost me time and money due to her ignorance and laziness. I left the order simply because I didn’t want to argue with her. The customers food is still sitting there as I have my coffee awaiting another order.
Customer service is terrible, and they really don't care if they mess up your order.

Went here today this morning and order a coffee with extra Carmel and a apple pie. Waited 10 mins for the wrong drink. Horrible service. Whoever is in there needs to be trained again

I would like to receive the items I have ordered. My last 2 orders you have given me other people's food. Staff are polite, but maybe rushed to fill bags and not match order numbers. Also mine were counter or curbside, but the labels of other people's food show drive through.

I’ve never had an issue everytime I come here
I spent $31 on a meal, and while my child was eating her chicken sandwich, she pulled a long brown hair out of her mouth. I immediately told my kids to stop eating and drove 10 minutes back to the location to return everything (except my child’s nuggets) and expected a full replacement.
When I spoke to the manager, she didn’t apologize. Instead, she gave examples of how people try to get free food and said she had to answer to her boss…. rather than focusing on doing what’s right for the customer. I also noticed none of the staff were wearing hair nets, which is disgusting and unacceptable in any food establishment.
To make matters worse, I later checked their page and saw I’m not alone…. there are a bunch of bad reviews with similar complaints. This is a $214.22 billion company, and this is how families are treated?
Extremely disappointed and hoping someone in leadership finally takes accountability.
whether i come morning or evening they are constantly messing up my order. they act clueless, no problem solving skills, & no communication skills to fix issues & rather hold up the line instead.
went for my replacement order & they end up giving me the wrong number of sugars for my coffee!! TERRIBLE MCDONALDS TO GO TO START YOUR DAY

Every time I come to this location for breakfast one; it’s the wrong order. Two when they tell you to pull up I’m waiting 15 minutes for a frappe.
I GOT NO ICE IN MY DRINK, AND THEY HAVENT HAD LEMONADE IN 3 WEEKS, WHO IS DRINKING ALL OF IT? ALSO, THE NUGGETS ARE SOGGY, DUMBASS ITS CHICKEN. IT'S NOT DIFFICULT TO MAKE. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD DAY.
It’s ok I only go for coffee and the caramel frappe.
They forgot the McNuggets sauce again.
