I spent $31 on a meal, and while my child was eating her chicken sandwich, she pulled a long brown hair out of her mouth. I immediately told my kids to stop eating and drove 10 minutes back to the location to return everything (except my child’s nuggets) and expected a full replacement.

When I spoke to the manager, she didn’t apologize. Instead, she gave examples of how people try to get free food and said she had to answer to her boss…. rather than focusing on doing what’s right for the customer. I also noticed none of the staff were wearing hair nets, which is disgusting and unacceptable in any food establishment.

To make matters worse, I later checked their page and saw I’m not alone…. there are a bunch of bad reviews with similar complaints. This is a $214.22 billion company, and this is how families are treated?

Extremely disappointed and hoping someone in leadership finally takes accountability.

whether i come morning or evening they are constantly messing up my order. they act clueless, no problem solving skills, & no communication skills to fix issues & rather hold up the line instead.
went for my replacement order & they end up giving me the wrong number of sugars for my coffee!! TERRIBLE MCDONALDS TO GO TO START YOUR DAY

I GOT NO ICE IN MY DRINK, AND THEY HAVENT HAD LEMONADE IN 3 WEEKS, WHO IS DRINKING ALL OF IT? ALSO, THE NUGGETS ARE SOGGY, DUMBASS ITS CHICKEN. IT'S NOT DIFFICULT TO MAKE. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD DAY.

The staff is great. I feel bad when they get a crazy rush but they pulled thru and were really sweet and kind. Especially the guy serving food. Kept his cool

They never give me everything I order, I’ll place a curbside order and it’s always missing 1-4 items. It’s happened so often it’s ridiculous.

It did the trick, sadly disappointed by the Big Mac, it's so NOT big anymore. I like extra sauce for dipping but I think the person dipped my burger in the bucket of sauce.

I had just gotten home from a very long flight which had been delayed and had other issues
up for almost 24 hrs I had just enough on me with the app to get a much needed coffee i pulled into drive thru have my code ready I give it to the cashier and received that they got it and than the cashier says she needs it again.....this is were my frustration started as she informed me I would need to wait 15mins before I could use the offer even Thu it was their system issue.....she offered a manager assistance and told me to pull up....I pulled up explained to the person I thought was a manager to only be told nope he can't help and no he's not a manager I would need to pull up again and he would get the manager....now at this point I am ready to just snap I get to next window and verify it's a manager explain again in what is a very frustrated tone what the situation is he again told me to pull up as he would fix it. I would like to thank the manager who not only made it right but went the extra step. I unfortunately did not catch his name but he deserves 5/5 as I know my tone was just the side of angry and my frustration from everything not just this was directed at him My app code had an issue and even though the initial interaction with employees was very frustrating and should maybe be reviewed for customer service standards the manger once I actually reached him went above to make it right thank you
