Every time Im there. My order is always messed up. I get a different sandwich then I ordered. Also when i put extra sauce and onions on my bagel, they either do the opposite and put none on it or less then original amount given. By the time i get home and check, its too late. Its always something.

The staff's behavior is absolutely inappropriate! The manager lies about the food court being closed, but the sign at the entrance says it's closed until 10 PM, and it's only 8:40 PM. They wanted to throw us out. And when I finally ordered food, they deliberately took 30 minutes to prepare it. This is simply unacceptable! I urge management to pay attention to their employees and reconsider whether they should be working here!

The fries were very greasy that they were very soggy and limping! I handed them back right away to the lady in the drive through! The ice cream I didn’t finish because they do not hand the ice cream cone to you with a napkin around it ! Like the do at the one located on route 59 and Brookdale in Naperville . For these location to be own by the same family the level of service is not the same. When it comes to the quality of food and the hygiene of handling the food they have to do better ! Not sure how many hands this ice cream cone went through before it was handed to me by the lady in the window!

This is the worst store I have ever visited. VERY RUDE and LAZY employees. The Spanish lady who works in evenings is very rude. Employees don’t even know how to treat the customers. When there is a big line at the counter these lazy employees are busy in talking with each other than addressing customers. Never Ever visit the store

Stepped in here at 7PM, walked out at 733PM. Nobody inside in line had their order ever taken when we were told 15 minutes prior someone would help us. Kiosks were down, and we were just walked past multiple times by the manager doing curbside/takeout for drive thru. I was on the clock for work with my customer expecting me. I ended up being extremely late and still, no food or service.
Drive thru was insanely fast, staff was friendly, and order was correct

I ordered off the app and when they gave us my order My brother went up to go get two buffalo sauces for his burger, but they were saying no and it’s not free. It’s $.25 but other times we’ve been here. It was free and they gave it to us for free. And before that, another person went up there and got one for free, but she was denying us so then when she went outside to give somebody their food, we asked another worker to give it to us and they gave it to us. By the way it was a Hispanic or Mexican manager that was having an attitude and everything she was middle age We asked for a courtesy cup, and she only gave us an empty cup with a cap on it and Rolled her eyes when we asked if she can actually put water in it for free so basically, she was having an attitude and was being impatient and acting slow… lasting, she has tattoos highlights of blonde hair and is short and is the manager and has glasses on?

The workers are very kind and the food is always fresh and delicious but sometimes we are missing items, for an example I ordered something simple. Two cheeseburgers and two fries with two sprites, they forgot one burger and one fry but usually I have a great experience here. I’m in a family of 6, so it isn’t usually pricy and everybody enjoys it.
