Spent almost $50. Burgers were warm. Not hot @ all. Everytime I come to this location & ask for extra sauce that I’m willing to pay for somehow I’m left without the sauce especially if I don’t check before I drive off. Very unprofessional.

Scammed! I ordered a 4-piece tenders meal for delivery but received only 3 pieces in a box labeled “3-piece.” This is the second time it’s happened, which makes me question whether this is an honest mistake or a deliberate way to cut costs. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Went with my kids and had to wait a long time for food to come to our table someone ordered a little bit after we did and got their food before ours. And I got the new snack wrap and the chicken strips were awful and very hard to chew and it grossed me out and I don’t think we will ever go back to this location. Plus the place had a weird smell and the tables weren’t clean

Waited 20 minutes in line for a mobile order. You guys need to do something about the side entrance at the drive thru, because people are using it to force their way to the front of the line and getting away with it.

Just left in line at that McDonald's that did not even have the courtesy to say that they were closed early, then I left out of the parking lot and saw all of the employees walking out at 11:37 PM (06/15/24) your website says you close at midnight so when I asked if you guys closed early and you said no, that apparently was not true. It was giving very Unprofessional because you saw all of the cars in line and just decided to shut off the lights on everyone.
Found missing item in my mobile order and called the store. I request refund for the missing order and the lady picked up the call says, you have to come back to the store to pick it up. I said, I don’t come back. (Because I already arrived home and have other schedule.) she said, I don’t process the refund. I request to talk to the manager and she said manager is not there and she refused to call her. Then we argued and then she explained that she has no right to process refund for mobile order unless the customer is physically in store. I said I can’t get back to the store I’m with a baby. And she said “so what are you gonna do?” Okay Isn’t you should give me an option and find out the resolution for the mistake that your store made? Why you ask me what I’m gonna do? How am I responsible for your McDonald’s refund system? I asked her name for a reference and she is mad. She hung up the phone quickly and she sounds have cried later when my husband called back. What a customer service. People don’t know how to answer phone about order complaints, and don’t know how to resolve problem. You should at first apologize for the mistake that your store made and explain why you can’t process refund at first. Not ask me to come back to store and just say you don’t process the refund. The way you were talking isn’t a good practice. I am extremely unhappy about the way that she explained things (conclusion first and explanation comes later when being asked to provide), even though it’s not her fault. Learn how to communicate please!
