I went here the other day and the manager called Diana was being really disrespectful and rude to the employees. This was very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable to think how employees are treated behind closed doors .

Disgusting. Reason why I don't eat McDonalds. But my child who is sick really wanted their big breakfast and since I felt bad for him I got it. But what do I see when I cut it up to give him half of everything to taste. A damn worm... a parasite... alive. If I had not cut that food in half he would have ate it. God knows what could of happened. Never again. This food is bad, unhealthy, and rotten... but appears otherwise.

Well first of all the food was very hot and delicious and makes me my tongue fire. I really like this place. Need to stay up and also I got points also from the McDonald's app so I'll give it a five stars. Not too much people but I like it here and even walk to a library 5 minutes to get here

Doors always locked for the bathroom cause of the homeless in the area. Ordered a large caramel ice coffee with extra caramel and these guys put the whole jug of caramel in the drink. I mean the drink literally was dark brown. Undrinkable. Drive 5 minutes up the street to the McDonald’s on lake street.

Front cashier was rude he yelled out to rush me on ordering when I already asked the manager for one second to ask my kids what they will order. The manager did not tell him how rude he was being. The manager told my 10 year old son he couldn't play in the playground along w the other kids that are also 10. She made us leave for judging the kids by their size. I really hope the front cashier is talked to about his customer service skills, yelling out : YALL GONNA ORDER OR WHAT. To the kids and I That was not necessary when I was not standing in front of cashier counter obviously not ready to order while asking 4 kids what they will want to eat while being yelled at by the front cashier.

Ordered online and forced to walk (the walk of shame) through the drive through.
First time was when they said the fire department and police were on their way and I had to wait to speak to police to get my online order.
(Canceled order and walked home).
Ordered online today and was locked out of the lobby door. There were 60 people in the lobby staring and not allowing me in. A woman and her two children were behind me. I decided to go around and try the door on the opposite side. Again it was locked and the 60ish people just watched me not moving. I went back to the first door and AMAZINGLY the lady and her children behind me were in the lobby and I was locked outside looking in.
Walked through the drive through again and hailed the attendant 20ish times with no response. Cars were stacking up so I had to walk around to the window to knock yet again.
Was given my order without an explanation or apology.
It was a clear flex that I, a paying customer, didn’t belong at McDonald’s of all places.
What happened to this establishment? It’s not a 5 star fine dining restaurant last I checked.
I didn’t share the local demographic and was decidedly shunned from business for a second time.
Never thought I could be excluded from an international business I grew up patroning.
Don’t go to this McDonald’s with the wrong pigmentation.
