As an Uber driver I would like to say this place is not Uber driver friendly and they are not open 24 hours. One of the staff was handing me my deliveries with french fries in her hands not in a fry holder but french fries literally in her hand like she was eating them

Hot, fresh food at this location! Ingredients were put together so deliciously-crafted on all of our burger products, which is really key.
Friendly staff, especially Nathaniel, who took our family's order.
The manager, Claudia, was exceptional...as she was hard-working herself, extremely professional, and had a genuinely divine personality.

Drive tru service in Spanish is very bad
They spoke to me in Spanish but in a very bad way the customer service should be friendlier and provide better service.

I've been to this location 6 times. Out of the six, four of them, I've received the wrong order. Their signs say that they are 24 hours. However, there have been two times that they weren't open. The virtual sign isn't updated to reflect the accurate hours of the location. I've had to refund an order twice now because of that. When I do receive it it's mostly hot but I can tell that it's been sitting for a while based on the stale taste of the bread.
In addition, if the hours are different the app should reflect that information as well. Not opposed to having my money returned. However, I can't get back the time to drive over to the location plus the wait time to be told I have to come back later or no response on the intercom. Even though you can visibly see people walking around within the location.

Placed a mobile order, was told to wait ahead of the line for my food. Was forgotten about, and the employees acted like the order completely vanished from existence, because they had to ask 3 times to repeat my order. They initially brought out the wrong order, then finally the manager Brandon asks for my order number, which I was never given a receipt for, and doesn’t help me navigate the app to find this mysterious, missing order number. Then I was rushed off, asked for an apology from the manager, who told me “I should put the order in correctly next time” and that I should “get out of the drive thru so I’m not missing more of my shift.” Absolutely no care in the world for his customers. Brandon would rather sit unseen in the back than apologize for his team’s mistake and make a customer feel valued. Never coming back again.
