I love ice tea and McDonald's has the best! At least 3 times a week I'll get 2 unsweetened ice tea from them. I use their app to order ahead and it's always ready and waiting for me. In and out--no wait. Love it!

I was essentially denied service for being foreign. The speakers in the drive through were too quiet to hear properly, let alone for someone such as myself who is hard-of-hearing. But the girl through the speaker also could clearly not understand my accent which led to a quick back -and-forth of asking to repeat what was said on both sides. I gave up on that and proceeded to the first window where we were then told we couldnt order there and would have to go back around to the speakers... The speakers that were already not an option.
The Guy at the window would hear nothing about the speakers being too quiet and my accent too heavy... and we even had already ordred on the app, the window guy wouldnt even take that. At this point I left. terrible customer service and zero accomodation for someone with a disability

Had my order done up wrong and waited most of my lunch break to get it then asked for a refund but didn't get a full refund. I kept the drink yes but I wanted the full refund cause they wasted my lunch and I didn't get to eat, didn't get the full service. I just want my money back but they wouldn't give it back for their mistake

You don't get face to face service. You must order on the screen and pay. You get to see someone when they bring you your overpriced food. Around $3.50 For a medium fry...come on, that's not even one potato. Ba-bye McD, you used to be my fav.

I’ve had so many issues with my mobile Orders at this place I finally had to leave a review. They either get things wrong, don’t have them and won’t comp me, or today after 10 min wait in the drive through I got a burger with no burger. 🫤
