Moo's Rolled Ice Cream

Delicious 😋. Never had rolled ice cream before. I'm definitely coming back!

They literally pulled pre made rolled ice cream cups out of the freezer instead of doing it on the spot. There was no one else in line so no reason to rush. It’s supposed to be made and rolled in front of you when you order, very disappointing.

I do not recommend. The foot court is the last place I go to before leaving the mall and I was confused on what to order and was suggested what i was told was the “Dubai Chocolate rolled ice cream” come to find out it was really dubai chocolate strawberries instead (highest priced item also). I was told all ingredients were fresh and just prepared. In my plate i got a bunch of strawberries with 1 drizzle of chocolate and pistachio crème with a bunch of crunched pistachios and the crunchy stuff. Do to this the plate wasn’t proportioned and was more so crunchy strawberry. owner was super sweet but i was lie to many times just for my money

Rolled ice cream is pre-made and no need to wait. Tried the Nutella Oreo rolled. Presentation of ice cream is very pleasing. The mango juice with mango popping bubbles is very tasty.

Recommended dishes: Nutella Oreo

Way over priced and I didn’t even get to watch him make it…he pulled one out of the freezer.Wafer cookies are stale too

Was near closing time……the man was kind and allowed us to order. First time trying their ice cream will return again and again! Yummy!! Thank-you for your kindness in allowing us to place the order as well as the excellent ice cream!

Horrible customer service! We asked the kid working there a clear question twice and he just looked at us and ignored us as he kept doing some else, so we just left. This alone will make your business fail! Train your rude staff better.

If you are in Fox Valley mall, l definitely recommend visiting this cute ice cream shop.It’s really eye delicious, the store also nice and the sale persons it’s very friendly ..

It’s was not even fresh, They pulled it out the freezer! And it’s so overpriced no flavor nothing not coming back ever

They’re selling pre-made rolled icecream!! Like what’s the point of having a “rolled Icecream” if it’s gonna stay in the freezer and taste like any other icecream from the market. On top of thats its OVERPRICED. They’re charging $12 for already made icecream taking away the experience from kids of having a rolled icecream. Will never come again!!

Came here to show my foreign friends what Rolled Ice Cream is. I bought three flavors Mango Tango, Oreo Nutella and Matcha and told my friends watch how they make it as it would have been a good experience for them, but guess what the guy opens his fridge and hands us our cups I asked him why he have them pre made so he goes that’s how we do it. No point of paying $12 a cup when you can’t even get a visual of the process of Icecream rolls. Also because of the icecream being sitting in the fridge for so long it was hard as a rock. Worthless

So much fun to watch them roll your ice cream right in front of you. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star is no sugar free options.
