I ate here once years ago when I worked nearby. It was so good I returned for the same chicken fried steak. There were two steak portions just like before, but I think they were a bit smaller. (Maybe I was hungrier than last time?) It was still good with generous gravy and hash. It came with a pancake which was very good as well. The ambiance has changed since last time. They opened it up a lot more, and I like it. There was a pretty good crowd for lunch, but still plenty of parking and seating. Still quiet enough to have a decent conversation. The service was excellent as last time... however my server gave me the check before asking if I wanted anything else and never followed up. I was going to order more. So, that's why I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars. I was hankering for some rice pudding, but never got it. :-( I'll just have to make another trip someday. :-)

First time customer food was excellent huge portions of food. The only problem I had was the blueberry pancakes and lemon sauce. For some reason I thought it was going to be good.

Very disappointed with our experience here. A hot coffee exploded all over my family, and my aunt even got her arm burned. Accidents happen, but the manager handled it terribly and was extremely rude, even saying, “What do you want me to do about it?” They also refused to cover the bill. Customer service and compassion were completely lacking.

Extremely disappointing experience. My aunt had hot coffee spilled directly on her because of the unsafe and cramped seating layout. The coffee splashed all over our table and onto our clothes, leaving stains everywhere. Thankfully the glass didn’t shatter, because the situation could have been far more serious.

What was even more upsetting was the manager’s response. Instead of showing empathy or trying to resolve the situation, he was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly said it wasn’t their fault. At one point he even asked, “What do you want me to do about it?”

Accidents can happen, but the way management handled this was completely unacceptable. Poor customer service, no accountability, and no concern for customer safety. Would not recommend.

The nasty skillet is the best. Honestly, wouldn't order anything else here just because it's that good. Wouldn't go to any other breakfast place either.

I used to go often, I liked the service. But the last time my humberger olives had mold on the olives. It was so bad that it had dry spores.

Family I hadn’t seen in 2years all met here. When our food came it was either tasteless or burnt, we all ordered the skillet breakfasts, not any one ate much, they were dry over cooked, no flavor at all, eggs were all hard cooked. And to make matters worst the prices were outrageous, compared to the quality. Service was great tho. While paying the bill I said something about the food and he didn’t seem to care. I will never go back there. It was just nasty!
