Honestly, this place was terrible. The location doesn’t even look like a restaurant. it’s super dingy and unwelcoming. I ordered takeout and even tho the restaurant was empty it showed up late. The zinger burger was dry, way too spicy, and tasted old. I could barely eat half of it, and about four hours later I got a stomach ache. Other mr.Broasts are way better than this one. Definitely not coming here again.

Walked into a completely dirty and sticky restaurant, there was a strange odor, my order was cold and didn’t seem fresh. We always get food from the Lombard location but this location just disappointed me, never going back there ever again. I hope the health department searches them up because their food and environment seems really unhygienic.

I enjoy Mr. Broast so I thought I'd give this location a shot. It was a huge mistake. First impressions upon arrival was a totally dirty restaurant. The floors were sticky. Literally you could hear every step as if you were undoing velcro. The tables weren't clean, the lighting was very low, and the place looks disorganized. The bathrooms were okay considering how dirty the main restaurant was. Now for the service. It took them almost an hour to get us our order. They had just ONE tray on which they were serving customers, and then asking the customers to give back the tray, and then going back and getting the next customer's order. It was ridiculous. We also ordered bubble tea. We've had bubble tea from other Mr. Broast locations before, and the bubble tea we got was barely cold and was simply liquid. It's supposed to be blended with ice and not be as thin as it was. They were also out of items, including steak. They gave us a menu that was outdated and had the wrong prices, yet charged us higher prices. How should we know what the correct prices are? Is this restaurant so cheap that they can't print new menus, purchase more trays, and fix whatever else that's causing their inefficiencies? I regretted going to this restaurant, and what's worse is that I had guests with me and I took them to this restaurant after talking about how great Mr. Broast is. It was super embarrassing, and the experience was horrible. I wouldn't recommend this location of Mr. Broast to anyone. You're better off driving somewhere else.

I buy stuff from them often but never leave reviews, today the girl who made my boba asked me to write my genuine review, I think they have the best smoothies, I always get mango passion with the poppers and it’s so good, I get it every other day. If you’re looking for boba place around Aurora must pay them a visit.

This is a must-try for their addictive broasted chicken. I have been a customer for years so I am very sure about their all around quality. I have always been a fan of their Butter Chicken and Naan bread too. Awesome staff is a plus!

They opened again after a year, I was excited to go back hoping that they probably made some updates etc. But to my disappointment, not only has nothing changed but service went down and prices went up. Disappointed.

We walked in, picked up the to-go menu, ordered based on it only to find out it’s the old menu, prices went way up. Ordered, Waited 30 minutes for food (not an issue), but some of the food came out cold. While we waited, they were cranking out to-go orders left and right, so some of the food being cold was inevitable! Service was crappy and food was ok (definitely not worth the price). Also, restrooms are very dirty and no soap in any of the restrooms, where do the employees wash their hands before touching the food they’re serving?? Definitely not coming back here!

I first tried Mr. Broast at the Lombard location, however, this location and its food quality, to me, are superior. In addition to the regular menu, this location offers scrumptious additions such as biryani and Bihari kabab, both of which are excellent. The Gola Ganda and the falooda are commendable as well. But if you're gonna go, make sure to try what is the star of their menu - the Zinger burger. A hearty sized portion of broast chicken breast served on a bed of delicious coleslaw, and you can determine what kind of heat you want on it, and they'll adjust their special sauce accordingly! Also, their broast chicken by itself is pretty amazing too, and a delicious alternative to good, old fried chicken. Their peri peri chicken burger and their Bun Kebab is awesome too...I'd DEFINITELY recommend this place!!!!

The ambience and the interiors are still a little meh, and yes, the wait time is what it is....but the food is so amazing, it's all worth it. It's hot, it's fresh, it's delicious, and it STILL tastes scrumptious! This place still fills up like crazy come lunch time…
Definitely give it a try. And if you're getting the Broast, you have to eat some right there, dine in, and then take some home. Because if you're taking it to-go to eat at home or out, the smell will drive you insane and you will burn your fingers trying to eat some.
Again, cannot recommend this place enough for its food...and the service is top notch, always with a smile!
