I ordered chicken nuggets for my kid, they gave us chicken tenders and when I complaint that we ordered nuggets not tender then the person at the counter seems manager or owner argued with me that nuggets comes out from the tenders and that what we have he kept repeating himself like 5 times the same and usual never accept their mistake as usual expectation from a desi owned place, worst customer service ever !!!!Never coming back here !!!

Most unprofessional environment EVER! The lady who took our order messed up and charged us for an additional sandwich and gave us a wrong sandwich. When we got our food and noticed it was wrong, she started yelling at her coworker saying “I showed them the screen” and “go ask them” in Hindi, not realizing I speak Hindi. I’m willing to own take ownership and fault for trusting the worker in doing her job and not checking the iPad screen. However, that still does NOT dispute the fact that the order that was on the receipt was not the order we receive. Unacceptable behavior! To top that, instead of keeping it civil and venting to her coworker quietly, she decided to yell so loud I could hear her from the dining area. Flat out unprofessional and unacceptable. I live 15 minutes from this location, what I learned from this atrocious experience is the 35 minute drive to the Lombard location is 100% worth it as they have professionalism and actually care about their customers and their satisfaction.

Their 8 piece chicken is to die for! Better than KFC and Popeyes!! 5 stars for their chicken!! I also love their mango smoothies and butter chicken is also very very good! Today I tried a half Tandori chicken and I will say it was practically inedible…the flavor was good but It was very disappointed as the chicken was so so dry that I really could only pick at it….Maybe it was just the batch I received but I will just stick to the butter chicken and boasted chicken in the future!

I like the food hear but the receptions lady she is really rude girl she is sooo mean I tell her about what kind off food I want she is not giving me a answer and just give me a very bad look like I m forced her to do something I heat the receptions every time I come same experience not coming
