I love going here whenever I get a chance I go frequently I love the pitas and hummus as well as the bowls!! However this time I went I got my regular and my boyfriend had gotten a pita sandwich he noticed it tasted off and chewy he looks down to find raw meat we bring it in a request a remake the manager Amber quickly got frustrated and denied a remake we were on a time crunch and had to throw our food out we didn’t get a refund offered nor a remake just to write our information down after several exchanges she yelled at us multiple times and we left to avoid further engagement with each other. I was very shocked and disappointed as service usually is well.

Lovely mid eastern place, great service, very friendly and patient staff members and the food was very tasty, falafel was crunchy and chicken shawarma a bit dry. Will definitely try this place again next time we are in town

They updated their app and kicked out all existing users. My account is now showing 0 rewards balance. So much for loyalty.

Had a long day of work and decided to do takeout the other night for a bowl. Got all the way home to find that my bowl was missing rice. And the chicken tasted old. Messed my entire evening up.
I ordered a falafel bowl, drink, and paid $21.67. When I looked at my receipt, I got charged for a falafel ordered of 4 falafels, and an extra falafel (these are two separate things, and I never asked for a certain amount of falafels, I just said: falafel bowl, and neither I was asked or told: how many falafels you want?) Also, instead of being charged for the extra meat, they charge me a meat bowl. And two separate extras for the falafel, besides this, the customer service is so bad, the guy that makes the bowls is okay, but the older man at the register, omg is like he doesn’t want you there, and he is pissed he has to even talk to you. The food is great, but the price and the customer service, makes me doubt to go back. I think I’ll go to pita pita instead, cheaper and always good food and customer service.

Memories of this tasty food made me come today. I moved out of the area a number of years ago. I remember getting a plate instead of a bowl (so that happened) but the portion size of the shawarma chicken was much much smaller than previously and the flavor was lacking. (Maybe COVID messed with my taste buds, but I know the potion back then was much larger)
The falafel was good, tahini dressing was how I remember, the hummus was amazing even though the portion seemed lacking especially since they up charge slightly if you want this as your base. Toppings and bread were very good.
