This was such a homie restaurant, the wonderful young lady who took my order was so patient with me and I had such a nice conversation with her while waiting for my food! I loved the deep dish, will be coming back very soon!

This place is never open at 4pm like advertised. The owner opens whenever she feels like opening up & that's if she's not conveniently out of town when the very rude young lady that answers the phone with an attitude that makes me not want to order. This location is a joke of a business. I got no clue why corporate let's this location operate!

Don’t ever order from here using the “Slice” app which is what they recommend. I ordered from here on Saturday (12/13) evening at 7pm. Was told my order would be delivered around 8:26. When it didn’t show up I contacted Slice several times and was told they “got no answer from the shop.” I myself even tried to contact the restaurant to no answer and what sounded like the wrong number on the voicemail. At 9:38 I talked to Slice on the phone to which they said “it should be delivered in the next 4 minutes” Mind you this was over an hour after it was promised. I waited once again for nothing to be delivered. When I contacted Slice again at almost 10 they told me the shop was closed and they would contact them on Sunday. Of course I get a response on Sunday “the restaurant said it was delivered and the driver tried to call you with no answer and took a pic of the delivery..” Interesting, seeing as I have a Ring cam up and received no phone call or delivery. Restaurant refuses to refund me so I’m out money and a pizza. Will never order from this lying piece of crap joint again. Be careful if you do, as they will most likely lie and keep your money.

The other day, 9/22/25, I ordered here & the young lady answering the phone is a complete airhead & the most rude person I've ever talked to in my life. This was my first & last time ordering her for theses reasons. First, the young lady started yelling at me for my accent because I'm an legal immigrant from egypt. Second, she starts screaming the there's no such religion that doesn't eat pork (I'm Muslim & we don't eat pork. Same with the jewish religus people). Third I get my pizza with pork all over the pizza. Last when I called about it the lady started laughing & telling me how all religus people are crazy & should leave the country then hangs up on me. I had to do a charge back on my credit card as a fraud charge after I ordered elsewhere. The owner is conveniently out of town too. I can see the owner has horrible untrained staff that's going to ruin her business. I'm definitely going to get ahold of corporate tomorrow, 9/25/25, to make a formal complaint if I don't hear from the owner tonight like promised from the young man I spoke to yesterday evening. I would avoid this place if you have religus restrictions.

Norma is a sweetheart & makes the best food in the area. She keeps her food fresh too. My family & I will always be customers of hers.
Where to begin,.over the past 6 to 8 weeks the young girl that normally answers the phone has been getting more & more rude, condescending, & always try’s to argue with people when the owner Norma isn’t around. I’m not sure if it’s her daughter or not but the young lady really needs to be retrained on customer service or find a job that she doesn’t deal with people in general. I’ve been a customer for years & I’m not going to be a customer here anymore from the abuse of the young lady working here. That young lady is going to run the business into the ground on Norma & I don’t want to see that happen from a rude employee.

Hands down one of the best stuffed deep dish pizzas around. Giordanos dosen't come close. First time here and I live 5 minutes away. This is Chicago pizza at its best. It's normal for it to be a little messy when you eat it, what do you expect.
