I had an excellent experience at Noodles & Company thanks to the incredible service provided by Brittanny. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such charisma and a positive attitude that I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable being there. Her customer service was impeccable.
During my visit, I witnessed a difficult moment with a customer who didn’t speak the language well and ended up changing her entire order while scolding Brittanny for no reason. Despite the uncomfortable situation, Brittanny never lost her smile or her kindness. With great patience and professionalism, she fulfilled every request the woman had, remaining respectful and friendly the entire time.
Seeing how she handled that situation only confirmed how amazing she is at her job. This girl is simply incredible! I wish every business had someone like Brittanny on their team.

Given the choice of Noodles and Company or just not eating, I’d always take the latter. The food tastes worse than the stuff you zap from the freezer aisle. The workers are completely disengaged. The meat is rubbery and the dishes are over sauced. The price is sinful for what you get. Too many better options elsewhere.

The cashier was friendly and welcoming. I was going to use a reward but the cashier was very friendly and polite told tell me that the reward can’t be used on the small enteers and told me to save it for the next time.
