My fresas con crema were bad the crema was more like a smoothie and the fresas were rock hard frozen, also I believe everything is way too overpriced my fresas con crema were $9.32 for a medium that was more like a small it wasn’t even filled all the way up either I don’t recommend coming here at all!!

Literal waste of money…they sell duplicate ice creams. We bought mangonada and kiwi ice cream. Mangonada tasted old and just not what I have eaten before. Kiwi one didn’t have any sugar.

I really love the service they have, both in person and in delivery, they pay attention to what we ask for, for example, ordering granola apart from yogurt or putting a different thing in something you ordered.

Honestly they don’t even deserve a 1 star. Me and my sister went after 20 mins before they closed and when we went in all the workers gave us bad eyes and started to whisper to themselves and took them a while to attend us… and during the time they were helping us. The workers kept whispering and looking at us. Like they still had 20 mins before they close… and plus all their ice cream is all melted and fruit all soggy and smells bad. I got a monstro preparado and when I tried it, it tasted bad until I tried the fruit in there and it was disgusting like it was spoiled. I do not recommend this place.
Horrible place to go to! I ordered a Mangonada and the ice cream was half melted and not properly made well. Lots of chilli powder in it and instead of putting a freshly cutted lime they putted those powder candy lime. My stomach hurts from all this sourness! Terrible customer service and terrible food! Never coming back again!

Lately I’ve been going sundays and I get denied cooking services while I see other customers getting served. A lady with red hair whispered to her co worker to say they didn’t have kitchen while she’s taking care of a kid running in the back. Honestly I might not go again because it’s not how it used to be.
