I'm saying the food was ok, and the reason why is because I asked for salsa that was hotter and they brought me bottled salsa. Service got 2 stars because waitress only came to our table a few times and could speak any English.

Very bad service, I arrived with the intention of having a good time and it was the opposite, we ended up leaving because of the bad service and we even paid more than we had to pay

We love going to Pancho's for dining in. We did have one bumpy experience, our waitress did not speak English, and got our order wrong, even though somebody translated it to her from English to Spanish... but we managed to overcome that and still go again. The food is really delicious and they have really good salsa especially the green one so spicy and hot but you can't get enough of it. The ambience is really nice all three times that we were there on a Friday. They had a mariachi band playing and it was the ultimate experience. One thing I didn't really like was the Horchata, I've honestly had better, and this one was just mediocre. The service is really good and usually pretty fast with getting the food.

Excellent authentic Mexican food with traditional home style atmosphere. Being from southern Texas this has to be the best Mexican food in the area. Great service a clean restaurant with an affordable menu.We will definitely be coming back.

I don't live there but back in August my family took my Mom to celebrate her birthday there. The owner was so sweet and helpful, the staff did an outstanding job. The mariachi sang las mañanitas- wonderful memories for Mom. Thank you so much!

Great service and food! We had tacos and carne asada. I had Al pastor, Lengua, and carne tacos. Bro had carne and ground beef tacos, dude had the carne steak. We also had horchata. All items were so delicious. Note: they are no longer taking Yelp discount.

I used to like this place, the chips and salsa used to be good.11/8/23 went hoping for the same taste, ...disappointed:(Chips not good n salsa taste diffrent hair in my burrito, received a dirty plate. Got a Chile relleno they charge for the sour cream, just men drinking so not really a fam friendly environment and when time to pay the waiter no where to be found. Not returning.
I visited for the 1st time in years was very disappointed when they charged my almost 5 dollars for a gratitude service charge won’t be back paying for my food should be enough ?????

I was thoroughly disappointed. My previous experiences were awesome at this restaurant. I do not wanna ever go back there again. The service was horrible and the food was awful. ponchos was my go to place, but not anymore.

I think overall the food was good, they have good chips and salsa. However, the waitress was awful never show up. Finally, when they give me the bill they included the tip which is illegal. Tips are in based on service
