My daughter was in line waiting to place her order and instead she was ignored and other people behind her had their order was taken instead of hers and when i stepped up to see that my daughter was being taken care of they told me to go in the back of the line. i was like my daughter had been waiting they just stared at me. We will never eat at the panda express in the mall ever again.Horrible Customer service and to treat a preteen like that.

Fox valley mall location I’ve been eating here for 11 yrs as a mall employee always got 10% off You guys get different managers and take away bring it back take away bring it back for a mall employee discount ridiculous I didn’t purchase my plate because of this and didn’t eat cause of my time wasted standing in line I will never give panda another dollar… smh I spend 40$ or more a week u panda loss over your 10% discount LIKE I SAID YOUR LOSS NOT MINE you obviously don’t care about the mall employees & us customers …. THANKS U SAVED ME MONEY TODAY AND EVERY DAY NOW DAM NEAR IPL SPEND MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE !!

Customer service is consistently good at the Fox Valley Mall location. I wish they were more flexible with creating plates for vegans. I can only eat sides and appetizers, so they get really confused when I try to swap an entree for a side. I like their app and rewards point system.
Vegetarian options: You have to do your due diligence to figure out which items are vegan/vegetarian friendly. From personal experience, Chow Mein, Greens, apple pie roll, white rice, and spring rolls qualify.

Everytime I order delivery from here, I order a 12 piece rangoon. Yet every single time without fail they give me 3. Every time. Please please PLEASE read my order. That is a whole 10 dollar difference and its extremely disappointing when I was excited for my rangoon only to find out I recived a 1/4th of the meal.
Once i even called to make sure they gave me 12, and she said yes. Then i got the order and it had someone elses name on it with a completely different order.
Im leaving this review to get the attention of the owners. This is my pleading cry for the workers to please read the tickets.

Went there to get lunch with a friend. Everything was undercooked, cold and they served mushrooms that should've Been thrown away. They had a metallic taste. Manager wasn't there so we had to wait around until the girl could call her. They kept offering to give us free food (as if we'd eat there again after tasting rancid food) in the end they refused to refund us and didn't pull the mushroom chicken. Absolutely horrendous will never be returning to this establishment.

Bad service whenever we come to eat there is never anything you have to wait up to half an hour when they cook they make sure to charge you first and then they tell you that there is a wait why is it cooking the service was better when the women were there the guys who They are in front, they don't care about the work, they even make fun of people with bad service.
