It was so frustrating when i came to this location today ( Jan. 31) because the server ladies seems like they don't care about the customers. When i entered the door waiting my turn i saw this lady scratching face & lips, didn't wash hands after. And the other server who was serving the customer in front of me had me waited for 15 minutes didn't come back instead of getting my order make herself busy. I would never ever come back to this fast food again. Also my teriyake chicken has NO TERIYAKE SAUCE!!

Worst customer service experience. Placed an order at 5:45. Pickup was 6:30. 7:06 and still no order. Explained they help every person in store and give my order to them. Why do online orders in the first place? HORRIBLE. Do NOT come to this sad excuse of a business.

When you don't want real Chinese this is a great alternative. Food is consistently made well like most fast food chains. Not a huge fan of the egg rolls. I'd skip them.

I love this place. But today I witnessed a cook grabbed rice that she was cooking with her hands and no gloves on and put it in a pan to cook before she did that she touched numerous utensils and wiped her hands on her pants. This is so disgusting and they opened up late and no food was ready. Rushing or not employees should definitely practice being clean their is too many thing going around for her to do that.
I ordered 5 plates for to go, lady claiming there is a manger said we don't have sesame chicken wait til is ready. They got fresh sesame chicken and new batch of ric, people coming after me getting served at 7 people ordering couple meals. When I approached her and asked what's going on she replied "they have smaller order than you" and we don't have rice enough for your order. Meaning you don't appreciate bigger orders or I don't know who gave her position to be manger there. I was going to that location 2 times a week, not anymore. If I could I would give them -5 star ratings

The fried rice was hard, had like 2 pieces of carrots, and the teriyaki chicken looks VERY questionable :/ Usually I like panda but this experience kinda put me off
