Manager came and took my plates and made it feel like I was overstaying my welcome. I had been their less than an hour. Combined with prices that never stop going up, this Panera is a must miss.

Gonna be honest not the greatest of experiences. We ordered a sandwich, soup, and a cinnamon roll. Cinnamon roll tasted like lemon and barely any cinnamon, I had my friend try it and she agreed. Sandwich was really good but soup was the second issue. I tried my friends soup and it was steaming hot and tasted amazing, so she offered to buy me one. Again her soup was steaming. When we got mine (got the exact same thing) it was lukewarm and the flavor was off, and honestly really disappointing. I’m more so wondering why we got the exact same thing and one came out steaming and another lukewarm. There was some garbage on the floor too which happens, customers are slobs, but there were no workers at the counter or really checking on the lobby. But yet they ask you to tip on the self serve kiosk.

My husband ordered online from Panera during his lunch break, and the order was supposed to be ready by 12:40. He was on a time constraint, which is why he ordered ahead, but still ended up waiting about 15 minutes past the pickup time. It was frustrating—especially since it was just a mac and cheese and a sandwich. The food was fine, but the delay kind of defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.

Ordered butternut squash soup. Sent tomato which I cannot eat and I’m homebound. No reply from them. Sure would like my dinner
There was a slight misunderstanding on pickup for an order. Immediately the manager rectified the problem to my complete satisfaction! The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff and service were great.

Today I ordered an egg and cheese on a croissant, but it was served with bacon. This is not what I ordered. For me, bacon is the most unpleasant and unacceptable food. Please make sure to read the orders carefully and prepare them exactly as requested. Accuracy in fulfilling orders is very important for customer satisfaction.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered the family size of the chicken noodle soup from here and they put about 3 noodles in the container. No veggies nothing it had one carrot and 3 noodles it was basically just broth…. And it’s supposed to serve 4 people…. This is 3 times now I’ve gotten it like this… that’s insane. The app gave me store credit but wouldn’t let me comment on what was wrong with my food. And yes it’s from the same location every time.

Today is the third time I have placed a “curbside” order and probably last. As a mom of 2 little ones when it comes to ordering food from outside our home I usually tend to pay attention to restaurants that offer “curbside” and prioritize them. Unfortunately Panera has easily become my less favorite. It really shouldn’t even be an option if they don’t have the staff for it. Today with the 90 degree weather I was not about to leave my kids in the car (with the ac on) to go inside and get my order. I waited 15 mins outside in my car with my kids (one of them napping by the way) called the restaurant to tell them I had been waiting outside for quite a bit and even still no one was coming. So what did I have to do. Wake up my toddler so we could all go inside and get our food!! Today’s experience was just a reminder to not order from here ever again!! So disappointing.

The staff here is way below Panera standards. My wife eats there frequently and always has low level preparation of almost everything she orders so we’re done with Panera. Whoever owns this franchise these two reset staff.
Very slow service. Wasn't even packed. Waited 10 minutes watching workers look at Me wanting to order. They never took my order and I just left. Was really craving panera but when you wait to order and then they for surely take a while to make the food is really discouraging. Super shame about the service.
