Does this look like$8 worth of soup? I ordered in the app, left a tip. When I picked up my food i didn't realize the soup wasn't in a carrier or that the lid was secured. My soup leaked and stained my pants. Fortunately I realized before all the food fell out the bottom.

Always efficient, timely, responsive, reliable, good service, and consistent quality in my experience. At times portion size can vary slightly. Curbside is efficient too, make sure to turn your hazards on so they can attend to you. Overall, a good business.

Prices are getting to be too expensive, but food tastes great
We have been fans of Panera for years, but this experience was terrific because of the care and attention of an associate named Ally. We came in with a pretty complex to go order for several people. There were some custom sandwiches and other non-stock menu requests. She went above and beyond to carefully take the order down and read it back to us carefully to make sure it was completed accurate. The folks in the kitchen did a superb job getting everything correct on the order. Nice job, everyone!
