I dont really come here that often but the experience with the cashier made me think twice. The food was good as normal but when you receive an attitude from cashier, who btw was supposed to ring your order correctly and ask the appropriate questions to avoid overcharging me, there was no accuracy or accountability from her. It left a sour taste in my mouth about who Panera bread is putting at the forefront to represent the best in customer satisfaction.

Clean space, very nice staff. This is the first time I saw a Panera store manager walk around and check on customers asking around if everything is ok. Great impression.

Stopped in to try some of their bakery items, specifically the flip flop design cookies. It was 2:30pm and they only had 2 left! These last 2 looked like a child had tried to decorate them. Very sad presentation. They just did not have much product. I did purchase the small bag of orange flavored scones. They were a big let down. Not worth buying. It had been a few years since my last visit to a Panera and this was my last.

I think thirty dollars for half a sandwich and a bowl of soup tomato at that, And a drink is outrageous did not buy it.Their food isn't that good anyway.I ate their broccoli chowder soup and it made me sick. Sorry they used to be good.

Great location. No recycling and no kureg style coffee machines. So, not a corporate location.
Onion soup is decent here, they make their own bread, that is a plus.

every time we come here our order is wrong. EVERY TIME! i ordered a chicken chipotle avocado melt, and the sandwich in the bag literally only had cheese, chicken and basil. i don’t know what that is but it’s not a chipotle avo melt. make sure yall are double checking your orders before serving to customers!! we will be finding another panera location. if i could give zero stars i would.
